【摘要】:电子商务企业(以下简称电商)的迅猛发展使大众消费者越来越倾向于通过网络购物的方式来满足需求,产品、价格和服务是电子商务企业之间竞争的主要方面。当产品的质量和价格相差不大时,及时便捷的物流服务更能够吸引消费者。虽然电子商务推动了为其提供物流配送服务的物流行业的快速发展,但是目前国内物流行业的发展水平并不能满足所有电商对物流服务的需求,这种现状很大程度上制约了电子商务的发展,为了改善这种状况,许多国内电商纷纷投身建设自营物流,来解决最后一公里的配送问题,如京东、当当网,一些企业采用物流联盟的方式,如阿里巴巴,还有一些电商企业采用第三方物流模式与自营物流模式相结合的方式,如亚马逊中国和1号店,但是,每一种模式都有利弊。结合国内外电子商务的发展状况,本文在以下几个方面做出了研究:首先,对电子商务的定义和分类做了介绍,然后阐述了国内外电子商务和电商物流的基本情况。其次,概述了当前电商领域涉及的三种物流模式,即第三方物流模式,自营物流模式和物流联盟的模式,分析每种物流模式的运作方式以及各自的优势和不足,为电子商务企业在物流模式上的选择决策提供参考。在分析优点和不足的基础上,探讨了B2C电商企业在进行物流模式选择时所考虑的因素,其中包括网购市场的发展状况,第三方物流服务质量等宏观因素,还包括企业自身的经营战略,企业对物流配送的要求,企业的物流服务能力以及成本等微观因素。构建了以订单数量为变量的第三方物流和企业自营物流的成本数学模型,通过两种模式成本函数的比较,阐述了通过定量分析模型来选择选择物流模式的方法。除此之外,从定性和定量的角度构建了物流模式的评价指标体系,阐述了选择物流模式时所需考虑的因素。针对第三方物流与自营物流相结合的情况,构建了数学模型来探讨需求不确定时,风险态度对电商和第三方物流公司效用的影响,通过数值实验分析其趋势,并结合实际情况对结果进行说明。最后,针对电子商务企业自营物流所面临的困难以及需求状况,提出发展电商物流的建议,为电商企业提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce enterprises, mass consumers are more and more inclined to meet the demand through online shopping. Products, prices and services are the main aspects of competition among e-commerce enterprises. When the quality and price of the product differ greatly, the timely and convenient logistics service can attract consumers more. Although the electronic commerce promoted the rapid development of logistics distribution service for the logistics industry, but the current level of development of the domestic logistics industry can not meet all the needs of electricity providers of logistics services, this situation restricts the development of electronic commerce, in order to improve this situation, many domestic electricity providers have to join the building of logistics. To solve the problem of distribution of the last mile, such as Jingdong, dangdang.com, some enterprises adopt logistics alliance, such as Alibaba, some business enterprise by the third party logistics and logistics mode from camp combination, such as Amazon and Chinese Shop No. 1, but each model has advantages and disadvantages. Combined with the development of e-commerce at home and abroad, the following aspects are studied in this paper. First, the definition and classification of e-commerce are introduced, and then the basic situations of e-commerce and e-commerce logistics at home and abroad are expounded. Secondly, summarizes three kinds of logistics modes related to the current electricity supplier in the field, namely the third party logistics, logistics mode and logistics alliance mode, analysis of each kind of logistics operation mode and their advantages and disadvantages, and provide reference for e-commerce enterprises in the logistics mode selection decision. Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages, discusses the factors in the B2C business enterprise logistics mode selection is considered, including the development of online shopping market, the macro factors of third party logistics service quality, including their own business strategy, requirements for the enterprise logistics, enterprise logistics service capabilities and cost the micro factors. The cost mathematical model of the third party logistics and the enterprise self logistics is constructed based on the quantity of the order. By comparing the cost functions of the two models, the method of choosing the logistics mode through quantitative analysis model is expounded. In addition, the evaluation index system of logistics mode is constructed from the qualitative and quantitative point of view, and the factors that need to be considered when choosing the logistics mode are expounded. Aiming at the combination of the third party logistics and the self logistics, a mathematical model is built to explore the influence of risk attitude on the utility of the electricity supplier and the third party logistics company when the demand is uncertain. The trend is analyzed through numerical experiments, and the results are illustrated with the actual situation. Finally, in view of the difficulties and demand conditions of e-commerce enterprises, the suggestions for developing e-commerce logistics are proposed to provide reference for e-commerce enterprises.
