【摘要】：近年来,作为国民经济基础产业之一的石油化工产业蓬勃发展,宁波依托其港口的区位优势和镇海炼化的资源优势,在镇海区建设了国家级的石化经济技术开发区,加上北仑、大榭岛一大批的大型石化企业,使宁波一跃成为华东地区重要的石化产业基地。当地的危险品物流也随之快速发展,尽管企业的数量和规模都在不断发展,但总体的发展水平不高,其中一个重要的因素就是受到了企业人力资源管理水平落后的制约。危险品物流有其自身的特点,故对从业人员的上岗资质和综合素质有着特殊的要求,宁波地区的危险品物流行业又有其特殊的地域性,因此需要有针对性的人力资源管理策略。企业人力资源管理水平的提升将有助于当地危险品物流行业的稳定运行和可持续发展。本文首先对危险品、危险品物流企业、危险品物流企业人力资源的特性与人力资源管理的相关理论进行了概述;接着通过问卷调研,实地走访等形式指出了宁波市危险品物流企业人力资源管理的基本情况及当下存在的突出问题并进行分析;最后,通过相关理论的指导并借鉴优秀的管理经验提出了相应的对策;主要从树立现代人力资源管理理念与制定战略规划,加大在培训、激励等方面的人力资本投入,重视企业文化建设以及外部力量增加支持力度四方面来应对目前的管理难题。本文的研究为宁波市危险品物流企业的人力资源管理工作提供了理论指导,对整个宁波市危险品物流行业的良性发展具有一定的的现实意义和实践价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as one of the basic industries of the national economy in petrochemical industry is booming, Ningbo port relying on its geographical advantage and resource advantage in Zhenhai Zhenhai District, construction of National Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone, a large Beilun, a large number of Daxie Island petrochemical enterprises plus, which made Ningbo become an important petrochemical industry base in East china. The local dangerous goods logistics has also been developing rapidly. Although the number and scale of the enterprises are developing continuously, the overall development level is not high. One important factor is that it is restricted by the backward level of human resources management. Dangerous goods logistics has its own characteristics, so it has special requirements for the qualification and comprehensive quality of the employees. The dangerous goods logistics industry in Ningbo has its special regional characteristics. Therefore, targeted human resource management strategies are needed. The promotion of enterprise human resources management level will help the stable operation and sustainable development of the local dangerous goods logistics industry. Firstly, theories related to characteristics of dangerous goods, dangerous goods, dangerous goods logistics logistics enterprise human resources and human resources management are summarized; then through the questionnaire survey, field visits and other forms of key problems were pointed out and the basic situation of the human resource management of enterprise logistics of dangerous goods in Ningbo city were analyzed; finally through the guidance of the relevant theory, and learn from the excellent management experience and put forward the corresponding countermeasures; mainly from setting up the modern concept of human resource management and strategic planning, improve the training and motivation of human capital investment, enterprise culture and external forces to increase support for efforts to deal with the four aspects of the current management problems. This research provides theoretical guidance for human resource management of dangerous goods logistics enterprises in Ningbo, and has practical significance and practical value for the benign development of Ningbo dangerous goods logistics industry.
