【摘要】：摘要：当前我国社会正处于经济飞速发展与社会结构急剧变革的转型时期,在政府与市场双重失灵的情况下,社会治理面临新的挑战,社会治理主体日趋多元化,社会组织由于自身的“非政府性”与“非营利性”,可以有效的解决社会发展遇到的新问题。在功能结构主义与市民社会理论的支持下,以社会组织为代表的第三方参与社会建设具有重要的理论支撑。因此探究社会组织参与社会建设具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文以社会组织参与新型城镇化为研究基础,以功能结构主义为分析视角,为社会治理多元化提供理论支持；以市民社会理论为指导,探究社会参与的重要性,为社会组织参与新型城镇化建设打下基础。本文重点将社会组织与新型城镇化连接起来,同时结合经典个案分析我国社会组织参与新型城镇化建设的具体实践,深入发掘社会组织的巨大效能以及遇到的障碍,结合国内外理论与经验,提出解决对策,试图探索适应社会发展需要的社会组织功能与作用的实现路径。
[Abstract]:Abstract: at present, our society is in a period of rapid economic development and social structure change, the government failure and market failure under the condition of social governance is facing new challenges, social governance increasingly diversified, social organizations because of its "non government" and "non-profit", can effectively solve the problems of social development encountered new problems. In the theory of structuralism and function of civil society under the support of the social organizations on behalf of the third party to participate in social construction has important theoretical support. Therefore exploring social organization has important theoretical value and practical significance in social construction. This paper takes social organizations to participate in the new urbanization as the research foundation, in order to function analysis from the perspective of structuralism, provide theoretical support for the diversification of social governance; civil society theory, explore the importance of community participation, Lay the foundation for social organizations to participate in the construction of new urbanization. This paper will connect the social organization and the new urbanization, combined with the classic case analysis of the concrete practice of China's social organizations to participate in the construction of new urbanization, deeply explore the great efficiency of social organization and obstacles, combined with domestic and foreign theory and experience, countermeasures to achieve, trying to explore the path of social organization and the needs of social development.
