WHSW物流中心项目经济可行性研究

【摘要】：在当前社会,物流业已然成为了服务业的代表,它的发达程度直接被用来评判-个国家现代化的程度高低和用来衡量其综合国力的强弱。本文重点对WHSW物流中心项目的经济可行性进行研究分析,在分析过程中主要采用了理论与实际相结合的研究方法。在进行研究理论论述时,一方面分析了木次研究背景和意义,一方面分析了国内外现代物流园发展的现状。文章在调查研究武汉市当地经济特点的同时,结合了国内外物流园发展的先进经验,对WHSW物流中心项目的建设可行性进行细致分析。文章的经济分析部分,作者参考SWWL公司同类项目的指标数据,对该项目进行经济分析,最终总结出在该地区建设物流中心项目是可行的结论。本文结合建设项目的可行性研究理论,与实际相结合对WHSW物流中心项目建设的可行性进行研究：第一阶段对研究内容进行理论综述,引用了物流园规划理论和可行性研究理论做理论支持；第二阶段通过调研分析物流园的区位环境和产业环境,来探寻该区域物流业的发展方向。文章同时通过对物流产业市场的预测,得出WHSW物流中心项目建设的必要性结论；同时文章从气候条件、交通运输条件等方面确定该项目的选址；第三阶段使用具体数据做投资收益分析,通过数据的假定和测算,得出经济可行性结论；分析的同时,对项目进行国民经济评价,最终综合评价WHSW物流中心项目建设的可行性,并得出本文的研究结论：WHSW物流中心项目建设具有可行性。
[Abstract]:In the current society, the logistics industry has become the representative of the service industry, its development level is directly used to judge a country's modernization level and to measure its comprehensive national strength. This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the economic feasibility of WHSW logistics center project, the theory and practice of combining research methods mainly used in in the process of analysis. In the study of theory, analyzes the research background and significance of the wood on the one hand, on the one hand, analyzes the current situation of the development of modern logistics park at home and abroad. The article in the local investigation and study of Wuhan city economy at the same time, combined with the advanced experience of the development of domestic and international logistics park, a detailed analysis of the feasibility of construction the WHSW logistics center project. The economic analysis, the index data of similar projects according to the SWWL company, the economic analysis of the project, and finally concludes In the area of logistics center construction project is feasible. Based on the theory of feasibility study of construction project, combined with the actual feasibility of the project construction of WHSW logistics center: the first stage of the theory of the research content, refers to the logistics park planning theory and feasibility study theory as the theoretical support; through the investigation and analysis of second stages logistics park location environment and industry environment, to explore the development direction of the regional logistics industry. At the same time, the prediction of logistics market, the construction of WHSW logistics center to conclusion; also from the climatic conditions, transportation conditions determine the location of the project; the third stage using concrete data through the analysis of investment income, assumptions and estimates the data, draw conclusions of economic feasibility analysis; at the same time, the national project of Economic evaluation, finally comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of WHSW logistics center project construction, and draw the conclusion of this paper: the construction of WHSW logistics center project is feasible.
