深圳城市可持续发展研究

【摘要】：深圳是我国首个经济特区,短短30年时间由一个小城市变成我国四大一线城市之一的国际化大都市,创造了举世瞩目的“深圳速度”,深圳城市发展一直受到各界的关注。对深圳城市开展可持续发展评价研究,对大城市可持续发展路径具有一定的借鉴意义。基于可持续发展评价模型,构建城市经济、社会、生态三级指标体系,对1996-2011年深圳城市可持续发展进行了评价研究。研究结果显示： (1)可持续发展呈现由低级向高级演化的趋势。1996-2011年,深圳市可持续发展综合水平呈现折现上升的趋势,呈现以2004年为原点的轴对称关系,1996年综合可持续发展指数为-1.67,2011年综合可持续发展指数为1.27,年均增长率为32.1%。 (2)经济可持续、生态可持续、社会可持续具有明显的相关性。经济可持续发展指数与社会可持续发展指数相关性达到了0.945,说明经济发展与社会发展紧密相关,经济发展在促进社会发展方面具有重要作用。经济可持续发展与环境可持续发展指数为0.669,说明经济发展,对环境发展有一定推动作用。社会可持续发展与环境可持续发展相关性为0.79,社会可持续发展与环境可持续发展具有较强的相关性,另外,在不同的阶段,四者具有一定的不同步性,具体表现为初期阶段社会可持续发展、环境可持续发展、综合可持续发展滞后于经济可持续发展,中期社会、环境可持续发展高于经济可持续发展,说明经济发展是支撑社会、环境发展的保障,城市要发展,首先要发展经济,经济发展到一定阶段,反过来促进社会、环境的发展,形成一种互补关系。 (3)经济、社会、环境可持续发展表现出较大的稳定性,综合可持续发展指数具有较大的波动性。说明可持续发展还不够稳定,具有较大的波动性。 (4)1997-2011年城市可持续发展指数呈现先弱后强的特征,1996-2005年呈现经济、社会、生态发展不协调,2005-2011年,呈现经济、社会、生态协调发展的特征,其中2007年协调性指数最高,2007年之后协调性指数逐渐降低,但仍然具有较高的协调性。根据研究结论,总结深圳可持续发展具有空间有限、人口膨胀、可持续发展指数不稳定等问题,提出四点决策建议：一是进一步推进城市规划,二是推进产业高、精、尖发展,三是完善公共服务设施,四是加强生态保护力度。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen is China's first special economic zone, just 30 years from a small city to become one of the four first-tier cities in China's international metropolis, created the world-renowned "Shenzhen speed", Shenzhen city development has attracted attention from all walks of life. The city of Shenzhen to carry out sustainable development evaluation research, has certain reference significance the big city sustainable development path.
Based on the evaluation model of sustainable development, the three level index system of urban economy, society and ecology has been constructed, and the sustainable development of Shenzhen has been evaluated for 1996-2011 years.
(1) the sustainable development is from lower level to higher level the evolution trend of.1996-2011 years, the comprehensive level of sustainable development of Shenzhen city has discounted upward trend, showing relation of axial symmetry based on the origin of 2004 to 1996, the comprehensive sustainable development index for the comprehensive index of sustainable development in -1.672011 was 1.27, the average annual growth rate of 32.1%.
(2) the sustainable economic, ecological sustainability, social sustainability has obvious relevance. According to the research conclusion, with limited space, population expansion summary of Shenzhen sustainable development, sustainable development index is not stable, put forward four policy recommendations: one is to further promote the city planning, the two is to promote the industry development of high, fine, sharp, the three is to improve the public service facilities, the four is to strengthen the ecological protection.
