【摘要】：在知识经济时代,创新资源的集聚已经成为日益普遍的现象,也受到国内外许多学者的关注。人才、资金、技术和知识等资源以企业、政府、大学和研究机构等为载体,通过有效整合后进行知识生产、技术转移与扩散,大大地推动了区域、产业、企业的创新产出,进而推动经济的发展进步。基于创新资源集聚角度,创新资源集聚水平对高技术产业创新绩效有何影响以及影响程度如何,这些问题构成了本文研究的主要目的和动机。本文根据创新资源内涵分别构建了一系列反映创新资源集聚水平的指标,并且运用因子分析方法对各省区高技术产业创新资源集聚水平进行评价与分析,发现综合因子得分较高的省区有更为显著的创新绩效。针对这一现象,本文进行了更为深刻的实证研究。从狭义创新资源概念出发,本文重点测算了创新人力资源与财力资源的区位商指数,这一指数能很好地刻画相应类别创新资源的集聚程度。本文对知识生产函数加以改进,构建了符合研究目的的测量模型,重点考虑创新资源集聚水平这一变量对创新绩效的影响,根据高技术产业下属五大行业的面板数据进行实证研究。分析结论表明,创新资源集聚水平对创新绩效影响显著,并呈现倒U型的非线性影响关系。这一结论无论从理论上还是实际上都颇有意义,从理论角度,本文研究丰富发展了创新资源集聚理论,重点研究了集聚创新效应,并从实证的角度阐述了创新资源集聚水平对创新绩效的非线性影响,为下一步的研究打开思路。从实际意义上来讲,创新资源集聚研究旨在探明集聚活动对经济发展或创新活动的集聚效应,为国家政府制定更为合理科学的资源配置及引导政策,提升资源利用效率,提供合理的建议和意见。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the agglomeration of innovative resources has become an increasingly common phenomenon, and has also been concerned by many scholars at home and abroad. Talent, capital, technology and knowledge resources to enterprises, government. Universities and research institutions as carriers, through effective integration of knowledge production, technology transfer and diffusion, greatly promote regional, industrial, enterprise innovation output. Then promote the development and progress of economy. Based on the angle of innovation resource agglomeration, how does the level of innovation resource agglomeration affect the innovation performance of high-tech industry and the degree of influence? These problems constitute the main purpose and motivation of this paper. According to the connotation of innovative resources, this paper constructs a series of indicators to reflect the level of innovation resource agglomeration. And using factor analysis method to evaluate and analyze the level of innovative resources gathering in high-tech industries in various provinces and regions, it is found that the provinces and autonomous regions with higher comprehensive factor scores have more significant innovation performance. From the concept of narrow sense innovation resources, this paper mainly calculates the location quotient index of innovative human and financial resources. This index can well describe the concentration of the corresponding types of innovative resources. In this paper, the knowledge production function is improved, and a measurement model is constructed to meet the purpose of the research. Focusing on the impact of the level of innovation resource agglomeration on innovation performance, according to the panel data of five industries under the high-tech industry, the empirical study is carried out. The analysis results show that. The level of innovation resource agglomeration has a significant impact on innovation performance and presents a negative U-shaped nonlinear relationship. This conclusion is meaningful both in theory and in practice, and from the theoretical point of view. This paper studies and develops the theory of innovation resource agglomeration, focuses on the innovation effect of agglomeration, and expounds the nonlinear influence of innovation resource agglomeration level on innovation performance from the perspective of empirical analysis. The purpose of this study is to find out the agglomeration effect of agglomeration on economic development or innovation. It provides reasonable suggestions and suggestions for the national government to formulate more rational and scientific resource allocation and guidance policies, to improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
