动产质押模式下物流企业参与物流金融业务风险评价研究

【摘要】：物流金融是现代物流与金融相结合而形成的一项新兴业务，它不仅缓解了中小企业的融资困境，还成为物流企业新的利润源泉。但由于物流金融在我国的发展还不够完善，对于物流企业来说，在参与物流金融业务过程中会面临很多风险。本文从物流金融相关理论和动产质押模式特点出发，将重点定位于物流企业参与物流金融业务的风险评价，从物流企业内部和外部两方面进行风险识别和分析，构建一套比较完备的动产质押模式下的风险评价指标体系，引入层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行风险评价，并运用案例验证其可行性。全文主要分为四个部分：首先，介绍本文相关理论和方法。主要包括物流企业风险以及物流金融的相关概述，并重点对动产质押模式进行分析；另外，介绍一些常用风险评价方法及其优缺点，并着重探讨本文所采用风险评价方法——模糊层次综合评价法。其次，分析物流企业参与物流金融业务状况以及动产质押模式下的风险识别。一方面阐述物流企业参与物流金融业务的现状、行业分布、必要性及意义；另一方面是从物流企业角度出发，，对动产质押模式下物流金融业务进行风险识别与分析，确定相应的风险评价指标。再次，进行风险评价指标体系及模型的构建。在确定评价标准后，依次通过建立层次结构图、确定权重和综合评价值来构建模糊层次综合模型。最后，结合实际案例，分析A物流企业所面临的风险，得出该物流企业参与物流金融业务面临的各风险大小排序，并对评价结果进行分析,使本文的应用价值得到很好的体现。此外，还针对不同风险的特点对物流企业参与物流金融业务提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Logistics finance is a new business formed by the combination of modern logistics and finance. It not only alleviates the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. But because the development of logistics finance in our country is not perfect, logistics enterprises will face a lot of risks in the process of participating in logistics finance business. Based on the theory of logistics finance and the characteristics of chattel pledge mode, this paper focuses on the risk evaluation of logistics enterprises' participation in logistics finance business. From the internal and external aspects of logistics enterprises risk identification and analysis, a set of relatively complete chattel pledge model under the risk evaluation index system. The method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced to evaluate the risk, and the case is used to verify its feasibility. The paper is divided into four parts: First of all, this paper introduces the relevant theories and methods, mainly including logistics enterprise risk and logistics finance related overview, and focuses on the analysis of chattel pledge mode; In addition, some common risk assessment methods and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced, and the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method, which is used in this paper, is emphatically discussed. Secondly, it analyzes the situation of logistics enterprises' participation in logistics finance business and the risk identification under the mode of pledge of movable property. On the one hand, it expounds the present situation, industry distribution, necessity and significance of logistics enterprises' participation in logistics finance business. On the other hand, from the point of view of logistics enterprises, the risk identification and analysis of logistics financial business under the mode of pledge of movable property are carried out, and the corresponding risk evaluation indexes are determined. Thirdly, the risk evaluation index system and the model are constructed. After the evaluation criteria are determined, the fuzzy hierarchical synthesis model is constructed by establishing the hierarchy chart, determining the weight and the comprehensive evaluation value. Finally, combined with the actual cases, the paper analyzes the risks faced by A logistics enterprise, obtains the ranking of the risks that the logistics enterprise faces in the logistics financial business, and analyzes the evaluation results. In addition, according to the characteristics of different risks, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for logistics enterprises to participate in logistics financial business are put forward.
