UPS在中国的供应链金融发展对策研究

【摘要】:改革开放三十多年来,我国经济发展持续高速增长,随着社会的进步,世界经济贸易一体化的发展,中小企业在国民经济的发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。但是融资难问题一直是制约中小企业发展的瓶颈,供应链金融作为缓解中小企业融资困境的重要创新形式被越来越多的中小企业采用。供应链金融给金融行业带来业务创新的同时,也给国内外众多第三方物流企业带来了丰厚的收入,解决了供应链上众多中小企业融资难的问题。全球最大的物流企业--UPS的供应链金融发展模式在物流业内堪称典范,但是UPS在中国的供应链金融发展目前是举步维艰。因此研究UPS在中国的供应链金融发展对策,不仅对帮助UPS在中国的业务拓展,促进其供应链金融健康发展,提升中国市场份额具有重要价值;而且也对广大中小企业解决融资困难,金融机构和物流行业的业务创新,管理提升具有十分重要的意义。本文从第三方物流企业角度出发,主要采用文献研究、波士顿矩阵分析和案例分析的研究方法,根据有关第三方物流、供应链管理、供应链金融等相关专著和概念,分析供应链金融的运作模式和特点,进而提出第三方物流企业开展供应链金融的体系框架,主要从市场体系、运营体系和风控体系三方面论述。结合实际工作,分析UPS在中国开展供应链金融业务的现状,面临的问题及发展受限的原因;帮助UPS更好的结合中国国情和自身的行业优势,从市场,运营和风控三个方面提出相关对策和建议:(一)明确供应链金融的明星市场地位并建立行业细分制市场体系,包括零售业,高科技行业,医疗保健业和制造业;(二)调整UPS CAPITAL中国的组织架构,优化操作流程以及建立多样化的营销方式;(三)建立风险预警机制和合作方监督体系,并广泛应用信息管理技术。最后章节对全文进行了总结,概括了本文的工作,同时指出了研究中的不足以及下一步需要深入探讨的地方。本文创新点在于建议UPS在中国按照行业细分制建立供应链金融市场体系,并据此调整组织架构,进而实现差异化营销。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic development has continued to grow at a high speed. With the progress of society, the integration of world economy and trade has developed. Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy. However, the difficulty of financing has been the bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Supply chain finance is adopted by more and more small and medium-sized enterprises as an important innovation form to alleviate the financing predicament of small and medium-sized enterprises. Supply chain finance brings business innovation to the financial industry at the same time. It also brings a lot of income to many third party logistics enterprises at home and abroad, and solves the problem of financing for many small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain. The largest logistics enterprise in the world UPS's supply chain financial development model is a model in the logistics industry. However, the development of supply chain finance of UPS in China is very difficult at present. Therefore, studying the countermeasures of UPS's supply chain finance development in China not only helps UPS expand its business in China, but also promotes its healthy development of supply chain finance. It is of great value to enhance the market share of China, and it is also of great significance for the small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the financing difficulties, the business innovation of financial institutions and the logistics industry, and the promotion of management. This paper mainly uses literature research, Boston matrix analysis and case analysis to analyze the operation mode and characteristics of supply chain finance according to the related monographs and concepts of third party logistics, supply chain management, supply chain finance, etc. Then it puts forward the system framework of the third party logistics enterprise to develop the supply chain finance, mainly discusses from the market system, the operation system and the wind control system. Combined with the actual work, it analyzes the current situation of the supply chain finance business carried out by UPS in China. The problems faced and the reasons for the limited development; to help UPS better integrate China's national conditions and its own industry advantages from the market, Three aspects of Operations and Wind Control: (1) clarify the star market position of supply chain finance and establish a market segmentation system for industries, including retailing and high-tech industries, Health care industry and manufacturing industry (2) adjust the organizational structure of UPS CAPITAL in China, optimize the operation process and establish diversified marketing methods. (3) establish a risk warning mechanism and a cooperative supervision system. And widely used information management technology. The last chapter summarizes the full text, summarizes the work of this paper, At the same time, it points out the deficiency of the research and the further discussion. The innovation of this paper lies in the suggestion that UPS establish the supply chain financial market system in China according to the industry segmentation system, and adjust the organization structure accordingly. And then achieve differentiated marketing.
