安徽省城镇化进程中农民工市民化问题研究

【摘要】：农民工问题是中国经济和社会发展中的一大难题。农民工作为城市建设的重要参与者,为改革开放以来我国的城镇化建设作出了巨大的贡献。在我国城镇化发展取得巨大进步的同时,农民工的住房、医疗、子女教育等问题不断凸显。农民工作为一个特殊的边缘性群长期体游离于城市和农村之间。在我国经济社会转型时期,抓住机遇,分析农民工市民化意愿的影响因素,解决好农民工市民化过程中的问题具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先从农民工市民化的内涵、分类、市民化意愿的影响因素、农民工市民化的障碍以及新生代农民工市民化的特殊问题等方面进行文献梳理。然后通过对国外关于剩余劳动力转移理论的进一步梳理,奠定了关于本题研究的理论基础。在具体的研究方法上,文章以安徽省为例,首先从计量经济学角度出发,运用Eviews软件进行回归分析,得出安徽省农民工对安徽经济增长的贡献。用安徽省农民工群体收入占安徽省GDP的比重来表示安徽省农民工对安徽经济增长的成果分享。将两方面数据对比发现,安徽省农民工对于经济成果的分享与农民工为城市经济发展做出的贡献极不平衡,农民工的待遇水平远远不及他们为城市经济发展所做出的贡献。在研究安徽省农民工市民化意愿的影响因素问题上,对调研问卷的数据进行处理,利用交叉列联表和卡方检验的统计方法对安徽省农民工市民化意愿的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,农民工年龄、文化水平、工资水平、职业类型等因素会对安徽省农民工市民化意愿产生影响。在对策建议方面,文章从制度创新的角度入手,提出一些具体的制度改革方面的措施,以寻求进一步促进农民工市民化的方法。
[Abstract]:The problem of migrant workers is a difficult problem in China's economic and social development. As an important participant in urban construction, migrant workers, Since the reform and opening up, great contributions have been made to the construction of urbanization in China. While the development of urbanization in China has made great progress, the housing and medical treatment of migrant workers, As a special marginal group, migrant workers, as a special marginal group, have been drifting between urban and rural areas for a long time. In the period of economic and social transformation of our country, we should seize the opportunity and analyze the influencing factors of peasant workers' willingness to become citizens. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the problems in the process of peasant workers'citizenship. First of all, from the connotation, classification, the influence factors of the will of the citizen of the peasant workers, The obstacles to the urbanization of migrant workers and the special problems of the new generation of migrant workers are combed through the further combing of foreign theories on the transfer of surplus labor force, which establishes the theoretical basis for the research on this subject. In the specific research method, the article takes Anhui Province as an example, starts from the econometrics angle, uses the Eviews software to carry on the regression analysis, The contribution of migrant workers in Anhui Province to Anhui's economic growth is obtained. The proportion of income of migrant workers in Anhui Province to the GDP of Anhui Province is used to show that Anhui migrant workers share the fruits of Anhui's economic growth. The comparison of the two data shows that, The sharing of economic achievements of migrant workers in Anhui Province and the contribution of migrant workers to urban economic development are very uneven, and the level of treatment of migrant workers is far less than their contribution to the development of urban economy. On the research of the influencing factors of migrant workers' willingness to become citizens in Anhui Province, the data of the questionnaire are processed. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of migrant workers' willingness to make citizens in Anhui Province by means of cross-list table and chi-square test. The results show that the age, education level and wage level of migrant workers are the main factors. Occupational types and other factors will affect the willingness of migrant workers in Anhui Province. In the aspect of countermeasures and suggestions, the article puts forward some concrete measures of system reform from the angle of system innovation, in order to seek the method of further promoting the urbanization of migrant workers.
