基于产品新鲜度和保质期的易变质物品的库存模型

【摘要】:在现代库存管理中,由于货物品种繁多库存难以管理,而且库存过多时会占用大量资金影响企业的资金周转。所以对于易变质物品的库存管理,企业更要尽可能地采用合理的库存管理方法,用来降低因物品变质带来的损失,实现库存成本和利润之间的平衡,达到增加利润的目的。因此,在研究易变质物品的库存管理问题时更需要结合实际,建立对于企业来说最优的库存控制模型。 本文结合实际情况,在前人研究的基础上,从零售商的角度分析了销售生鲜产品及带保质期产品时应采取的销售策略。考虑到市场需求未知,本文在需求依赖于价格和随机需求两种不同的需求形式下分别建立易变质物品的库存模型。论文主要分为三章: 第一章为绪论部分,主要介绍了库存、库存管理的概念,简述了库存产生的原因及库存的种类,并说明库存系统中关于易变质物品研究的重要性和必要性。 第二章,建立了需求依赖于价格和产品新鲜度的有限期库存模型。文中分别研究了零售商在多种补货策略下的获利情况、销售价格和订货量,以最大化零售商在整个周期内的总利润为目标建立了库存模型。最后,通过数值算例验证了模型的合理性,并通过灵敏度分析得出产品新鲜度和变质率对零售商订货量和利润的影响。 第三章,主要研究随机需求下带保质期的易变质物品的库存决策问题,基于运行周期末缺货和剩余两种情况,建立了零售商的最优订单批量模型。通过模型分析,,给出了零售商最优补货量的求解算法,并通过数值算例和灵敏度分析验证了相关结论。
[Abstract]:In modern inventory management, the inventory management of perishable items is difficult to manage, and when the inventory is excessive, a large amount of funds will be taken up to affect the capital turnover of the enterprise. The enterprise should adopt the reasonable inventory management method as far as possible to reduce the loss caused by the deterioration of the goods, realize the balance between the inventory cost and the profit, and achieve the purpose of increasing the profit. In order to study the inventory management of perishable items, it is necessary to establish the optimal inventory control model for enterprises. Based on the previous studies, this paper analyzes the strategies to be adopted when selling fresh products and products with shelf life from the perspective of retailers, taking into account the unknown market demand. In this paper, the inventory model of perishable items is established under two different demand forms: demand dependent on price and random demand. The paper is divided into three chapters:. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the concepts of inventory and inventory management, briefly describes the causes of inventory and the types of inventory, and explains the importance and necessity of the research on perishable items in inventory system. In the second chapter, we establish a time-limited inventory model, in which demand is dependent on price and product freshness. In this paper, we study the retailers' profit, sales price and order volume under various replenishment strategies, respectively. The inventory model is established to maximize the total profit of the retailer in the whole cycle. Finally, the rationality of the model is verified by a numerical example. Through sensitivity analysis, the influence of freshness and deterioration rate on the order quantity and profit of retailers is obtained. In the third chapter, the inventory decision problem of perishable items with shelf life under random demand is studied. Based on the two cases of shortage and surplus at the end of running cycle, the optimal order batch model of retailers is established. An algorithm for solving the optimal replenishment quantity of retailers is presented, and the relevant conclusions are verified by numerical examples and sensitivity analysis.
