城镇化进程中新生代农民工市民化问题研究

【摘要】：城镇化是以人为核心的城镇化，，实现了农民工市民化才算真正实现了城镇化。在城镇化进程中，我国农民工群体转而进入代际转换的时代，新生代农民工成为主力军。他们的自主流动为国家消纳了一大部分农村剩余劳动力，促进了我们国家的城镇建设、社会发展，但他们同时又被户籍制度、劳动力市场制度、社会保障制度等因素限制，不得不游离于城乡的边缘，很难真正适应和融入城市生活。新生代农民工市民化的有序推进，对于加快我国城镇化发展进程有重大意义。本文对城镇化进程中新生代农民工的相关概念和理论基础进行了概述，提出新生代农民工具有较强的时代气息、思维具有一定的发展性、在农村与城市之间徘徊的边缘性等特点。研究分析了英、美、日、韩等国家劳动力转移的经典模式，介绍了农村劳动力转移的经验及教训并得出对我国市民化的启示。重点对我国新生代农民工市民化的就业、教育、收支、社会保障、文化娱乐现状进行了分析，在此基础上，从制度因素和非制度因素两个层面归纳了影响新生代农民工市民化面临的一些障碍因素，并运用SPSS20.0软件对影响新生代农民工的相关倾向因素进行了Person相关分析，构建了Logistic模型。最后从政府、农民工本身、社会环境三方面提出了促进新生代农民工市民化相应的对策建议，研究结论为相关部门在城镇化进程制定促进新生代农民工市民化的政策提供了理论参考，推动了以新生代农民工市民化为重点的城镇化建设。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the urbanization with people as the core, and only the realization of the urbanization of migrant workers can truly realize urbanization. In the process of urbanization, the group of migrant workers in our country has moved into the era of intergenerational transformation. The new generation of migrant workers has become the main force. Their independent mobility has absorbed a large part of the rural surplus labor force for the country, promoted the construction of cities and towns and social development in our country, but at the same time they have been subjected to the household registration system and the labor market system. With the restriction of social security system and other factors, it is difficult to adapt and integrate into urban life because of the restriction of social security system. It is of great significance to speed up the development of urbanization in China with the orderly promotion of the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of urbanization, and points out that the new generation of migrant workers have a strong atmosphere of the times, and their thinking has a certain degree of development. This paper analyzes the classical patterns of labor force transfer in Britain, the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries, such as the borderline between rural and urban areas. This paper introduces the experiences and lessons of the rural labor force transfer and draws the enlightenment to the urbanization of our country. It focuses on the analysis of the employment, education, income and expenditure, social security, cultural and entertainment status of the new generation of migrant workers in China. From two aspects of institutional factors and non-institutional factors, this paper sums up some obstacles that affect the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers, and makes a Person correlation analysis of the related tendency factors affecting the new generation of migrant workers by using SPSS20.0 software. Finally, from the government, migrant workers themselves, social environment three aspects of the promotion of the new generation of migrant workers to promote the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, The conclusions provide a theoretical reference for the relevant departments to formulate policies to promote the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of urbanization, and promote the urbanization construction which focuses on the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers.
