【摘要】：2009年11月,《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要——以长吉图为开发开放先导区》得到国务院正式批复,这标志着建设长吉图开发开放先导区已上升为国家战略,也成为大力发展物流业、快递业的难得契机,但受限于延边快递业起步较晚,产业集中度低,生产效率不高,恶性竞争现象严重,因此,基于延边快递业现实状况及发展前景,通过定性、定量分析延边快递业存在问题并提出相关建议,具有重要意义。本文首先通过研读大量现有快递业相关文献,以延边快递业为出发点,长吉图规划为契机,分析延边发展快递业的现实意义,庞大的市场潜力,较低的进入壁垒,吸引了国内外众多同行业企业和行业外潜在进入者的目光。其次,结合延边快递业实际情况,从阅读的文献中梳理快递业的发展历史,如国有、民营快递企业的发展历程及现状。再次,通过文献总结及本人实际工作经验,提出延边快递业存在的问题。快递业规模有限、缺乏发展后劲,快递业竞争无序、生存压力加剧,快递业基础设施建设有待加强,政府监管难度大、单位变动较频繁,快递业高素质人才匮乏等问题严重制约着延边快递业的快速发展。最后,根据存在的问题,针对性的提出大力扶持行业发展挖掘发展潜力、加强行业监管创造有序竞争局面、加强快递业的基础设施建设、强化快递行业专业人才培养、提高快递企业的核心能力等具有一定实际意义的建议,引导延边地区快递业更好的为地区经济发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:In November 2009, the "outline of China's Tumen River Regional Cooperative Development Planning", which took Changji Tu as the development pioneer area, was formally approved by the State Council, which marked that the construction of the Changji River Development and opening Pioneer region had been upgraded to a national strategy. It has also become a rare opportunity for developing logistics industry and express delivery industry, but limited by the late start of Yanbian express delivery industry, low industrial concentration, low production efficiency and serious vicious competition, therefore, based on the reality and development prospects of Yanbian express delivery industry, Through qualitative, quantitative analysis of Yanbian express industry problems and put forward relevant suggestions, it is of great significance. First of all, by studying a large number of related documents of express delivery industry, taking Yanbian express delivery industry as a starting point and Changjitu planning as an opportunity, this paper analyzes the practical significance, huge market potential and low entry barriers of developing express delivery industry in Yanbian. It attracts the attention of many domestic and foreign enterprises and potential entrants outside the industry. Secondly, combining the actual situation of Yanbian express delivery industry, combing the history of express delivery industry development from the reading documents, such as state-owned, Thirdly, through the summary of literature and my actual working experience, the problems of Yanbian express industry are put forward. The express delivery industry is limited in scale, lack of development stamina, the competition of express delivery industry is disordered, and the survival pressure intensifies. The infrastructure construction of express delivery industry needs to be strengthened, the government supervision is difficult, the unit changes frequently, and the shortage of high-quality personnel in express delivery industry seriously restricts the rapid development of Yanbian express delivery industry. Finally, according to the existing problems, It is pointed out that we should vigorously support the development of the industry, tap the development potential, strengthen industry supervision and create an orderly competitive situation, strengthen the infrastructure construction of the express delivery industry, and strengthen the training of professional personnel in the express delivery industry. To improve the core competence of express delivery enterprises and other practical suggestions to guide the delivery industry in Yanbian region to better contribute to the regional economic development.
