广饶县现代物流业发展问题与对策研究

【摘要】：现代物流业是一门新兴产业,它将运输、仓储、装卸、加工、整理、配送、信息等方面有机结合,形成完整的供应链,为用户提供多功能、一体化的综合性服务,其核心是整合多个行业系统,运用信息化手段和供应链管理进行一体化运作,是现代社会化大生产发展的产物,它涉及的社会领域广、从业人员多,对生产、消费有很大的促进和拉动作用,在优化产业结构、转变发展方式和提升竞争力等方面有重要的现实意义。位于黄河三角洲高效生态经济区和山东半岛蓝色经济区相互叠加融合区域的广饶县,工业经济发展迅猛,但现代物流业的发展尚处于起步阶段。本文将结合当前广饶县现代物流业发展的现实情况为出发点,结合先进地区或现代物流业起步较早省、市的经验,全面分析现代物流业发展的优势和劣势,找准发展中存在的问题,从而探求广饶县现代物流业发展的对策和思路。本论文有六大部分组成。第一部分是绪论。阐述推动现代物流业发展的重要意义,了解国内外发展和研究的现状；第二部分是相关概念理论及政策综述。介绍下论文中用到的相关概念理论和近儿年来国家、山东省、东营市物流业发展政策,分析现代物流业发展的机遇。第三部分是广饶县现代物流业发展现状。全面了解广饶县物流发展的基础条件、设施设备基础,并通过问卷调查、走访调研等形式,对广饶县现代物流业的供需、费用、服务、覆盖等方面进行全面分析。第四部分是广饶县现代物流业发展存在的问题及原因分析。结合现状的分析,找准广饶县现代物流业发展的瓶颈及症结所在。第五部分是广饶县现代物流业发展的对策及建议。结合第四部分的问题,从规划制定、政策扶持、设施建设、企业培育、园区规划、人才培养等方面提出科学、合理、可行的对策建议。第六部分结论。对全文的观点进行总结和梳理,从而凝练出可适用于其他地方政府的物流业发展思路。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics industry is a new industry, it will transport, warehousing, loading and unloading, processing, sorting, distribution, information and other aspects of organic integration, forming a complete supply chain, to provide users with multi-functional, integrated integrated services, Its core is the integration of many industry systems, the use of information technology and supply chain management for integrated operation, which is the product of the development of modern socialized mass production. It involves a wide range of social fields, many practitioners, and a great deal of production. Consumption has a great role in promoting and pulling, in optimizing the industrial structure, It is of great practical significance to change the mode of development and enhance competitiveness. Located in Guangrao County, where the high-efficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta and the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula are superimposed on each other, the industrial economy is developing rapidly. However, the development of modern logistics industry is still in its infancy. This paper will combine the current reality of the development of modern logistics industry in Guangrao County as the starting point, combined with the experience of the advanced areas or the early provinces and cities where the modern logistics industry started. Comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of modern logistics industry, find out the problems existing in the development, This paper is composed of six parts. The first part is the introduction. It expounds the significance of promoting the development of modern logistics industry and understands the current situation of development and research at home and abroad. The second part is a summary of related concept theory and policy. It introduces the related concept theory used in this paper and the development policy of logistics industry in China, Shandong Province and Dongying City in recent years. The third part is the present situation of the development of modern logistics industry in Guangrao County. This paper comprehensively analyzes the supply and demand, cost, service and coverage of modern logistics industry in Guangrao County. The fourth part is the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the development of modern logistics industry in Guangrao County. Find out the bottleneck and crux of the development of modern logistics industry in Guangrao County. The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern logistics industry in Guangrao County. Some scientific, reasonable and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of park planning, personnel training and so on. The sixth part summarizes and combs the viewpoints of the full text, thus condenses out the development ideas of logistics industry that can be applied to other local governments.
