基于产业链发展的物流金融服务创新研究

【摘要】：中国产业经济发展水平一直落后于发达国家,其根源在于产业链发展落后,具体表现为产业链内的协作不流畅、产业链之间的衔接不顺利等问题。这些问题导致了产业链上企业合作程度低、运作成本高,物流金融缓解了这些矛盾,从一定程度上促进了产业链的健康发展。但是由于目前中国的物流金融发展尚不完善、产业链发展的不同生命周期阶段对物流金融服务的需求不一致、物流金融服务对产业链的供给存在不足等问题的存在,导致了物流金融服务对产业链发展支持有限的现状,因此需要进行基于产业链发展的物流金融服务创新研究。本文的最大特点是以产业链发展的生命周期为视角开展物流金融服务创新。首先,系统地阐述了产业链发展理论、物流金融理论、供应链金融理论以及金融服务创新理论等与本文相关的理论,并从相关理论中得出对本文的启示；其次,详细地分析了产业链发展的生命周期各阶段的物流金融服务需求特点,研究了现阶段物流金融对产业链发展的供给现状及不足；最后,明确了物流金融服务创新的方向、设计了物流金融服务创新的具体内容、提出了物流金融服务创新的保证措施,以期能为产业经济的健康发展打下良好的基础。
[Abstract]:The level of industrial economic development in China has always lagged behind that of developed countries, which is rooted in the backward development of the industrial chain, which is manifested in the lack of smooth cooperation in the industrial chain and the unsmooth convergence between the industrial chains, and so on.These problems lead to the low level of cooperation and high operating cost of enterprises in the industrial chain. Logistics finance alleviates these contradictions and promotes the healthy development of the industrial chain to a certain extent.However, as the development of logistics finance in China is not perfect, the demand for logistics financial services in different life cycle stages of industrial chain development is not consistent, and the supply of logistics financial services to the industrial chain is insufficient and so on.This leads to the limited support of logistics financial services to the development of industry chain, so it is necessary to study the innovation of logistics financial services based on the development of industry chain.The main characteristic of this paper is to develop the innovation of logistics financial service from the perspective of the life cycle of industrial chain development.First of all, the development theory of industry chain, the theory of logistics finance, the theory of supply chain finance and the theory of financial service innovation are systematically expounded, and the enlightenment to this paper is obtained from the relevant theories.This paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of logistics financial service demand in each stage of the life cycle of industrial chain development, studies the present supply status and deficiency of logistics finance to the development of industry chain, finally, defines the direction of innovation of logistics financial service.This paper designs the concrete contents of logistics financial service innovation and puts forward the guarantee measures of logistics financial service innovation in order to lay a good foundation for the healthy development of industrial economy.
