湖北省城镇化水平与产业结构的关系研究

【摘要】：产业结构的调整可以促进城镇化水平,城镇化水平提高也可以促进产业结构的调整。因此,城镇化水平与产业结构之间存在相互的相关性和协调性。本文以湖北省为例,研究城镇化水平与产业结构的相关性和协调性。首先,将城镇化水平指标和产业结构水平指标分为质量指标和数量指标,选取人均GDP为质量城镇化水平的指标、城镇人口比重为数量城镇化水平的指标、产业产值比重为产业结构的质量指标、产业就业人口比重为产业结构的数量指标。再建立质量城镇化水平指标与产业结构的质量指标以及数量城镇化水平指标与产业结构的数量指标的回归模型。采用EVIEWS软件对湖北省2000年到2012年的经济数据分析后,发现湖北省质量城镇化水平与第一、二、三产业产值比重分别存在显著的正相关性、显著的正相关性以及不显著的正相关性；湖北省数量城镇化水平与第一、二、三产业就业人口比重分别存在显著的负相关性、不显著的正相关性和显著的正相关性。接着,采用AHP层次分析法和综合水平的公式,计算出湖北省城镇化的综合水平和产业结构综合水平,将两者的数值比较后发现,湖北省城镇化的综合水平远低于产业结构综合水平。然后,再根据协调度计算公式和协调性判定标准,发现湖北省城镇化水平与产业结构协调性没达到优质阶段。进一步分析发现,湖北省城镇化水平不高的原因主要是第二产业数量水平不高和第三产业质量水平不高；产业结构层次低的原因主要是第三产业质量水平低以及第二、三产业数量水平低。最后,提出大力发展第二、三产业以及城乡一体化以提高湖北省城镇化水平和产业结构调整,最终促进两者协调发展。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of industrial structure can promote the level of urbanization, and the improvement of urbanization level can also promote the adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore, there is mutual correlation and coordination between urbanization level and industrial structure.
This paper takes Hubei Province as an example, correlation and coordination of urbanization and industrial structure. Firstly, the urbanization level index and industrial structure level index is divided into quality and quantity indicators, select the per capita GDP as the quality of the urbanization level index, the proportion of urban population is the number of the urbanization level index, industrial output value the proportion for the quality index of industrial structure, the industrial employment proportion as quantitative indicators of the industrial structure. Then establish a regression model quality index index and the level of quality of urban industrial structure and quantity index number index and the level of urban industrial structure. The analysis of the economic data of Hubei Province from 2000 to 2012 after using EVIEWS software. Hubei province quality urbanization level and the first, second, three industries were significant positive correlation, a significant positive correlation and no significant positive Correlation; and the level of first, second the number of cities and towns in Hubei Province, the three industry employment proportion respectively. There was a significantly negative correlation, positive correlation is not significant and significant positive correlation. Then, using the AHP analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive level of the formula to calculate the comprehensive level and the industrial structure of Hubei province urbanization comprehensive level, the two the numerical comparison showed that the comprehensive level of urbanization in Hubei province is far lower than the comprehensive level of the industrial structure. Then, then standard formula and coordination calculation based on coordination degree, Hubei Province found that the level of urbanization and industrial structure coordination did not reach the quality stage. Further analysis showed that the cause of Hubei province urbanization level is not high mainly the number is not high level of the second industry and the third industry quality level is not high; the main reason of low level of industrial structure is low and the quality level of the third industry second, third The number of industries is low. Finally, it is proposed to develop the second, third industry and the integration of urban and rural areas, so as to improve the level of urbanization and industrial structure adjustment in Hubei, and ultimately promote the coordinated development of them.
