废旧汽车回收物流网络中选址—路径研究

【摘要】:论文是在借鉴国内外选址-路径研究和废旧汽车回收现状研究基础上,结合当前我国废旧汽车回收物流网络构建过程中存在的现实问题,运用整数规划理论、系统理论和现代智能算法的相关知识,并采用定性和定量相结合,理论与实际相结合的方法,着重探讨了考虑废旧汽车回收过程中越级回收特点的选址-路劲问题。不但实现了科学合理的网络规划,而且实现了理论的现实意义,为企业构建废旧汽车回收物流网络提供了理论指导。本文的主要研究分为三大部分: 第一部分是文献回顾。论述了论文的研究背景和意义,并在此基础上广泛收集和整理与论文相关的国内外研究文献,包括物流选址问题得研究、车辆路劲问题得研究、选址-路径问题得研究以及废旧汽车回收物流网络构建研究,较为深入的掌握了这些方面的研究现状和动态,为论文后续研究工作奠定了基础。 第二部分是理论主体。首先研究了国外废旧汽车回收物流网络的发展现状,分析了我国现行废旧汽车的逆向物流网络,并对逆向物流网络中的回收物流网络作了详细研究。以第三方回收模式为背景,构建了废旧汽车回收三级物流网络。其次,结合废旧汽车回收过程中允许越级回收的特点,考虑废旧汽车回收物流网络中成本最优,提出了废旧汽车回收物流网络选址-路径问题优化模型,有效实现废旧汽车回收物流网络两级物流节点选址和线路安排协同优化。最后,针对已建模型,着重对遗传算法和禁忌搜索算法进行了研究,比较两者的优势和缺陷,对两者进行了组合设计,提出了遗传算法和禁忌搜索算法的组合算法(GATS)。 第三部分是实证研究。为了验证已建模型在实际应用中的正确性,结合设计算法,采用matlab编程,将模型应用与成都市X公司。确定了成都市X公司废旧汽车回收物流网络中拆解中心和中转场选址,拆解中心或中转场与回收站点之间的线路安排。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the domestic and foreign site-path research and the current research on the recovery of used and used vehicles, combined with the practical problems existing in the process of constructing the logistics network of the recycling of used and used vehicles in our country, and applies the theory of integer programming.Based on the knowledge of system theory and modern intelligent algorithm and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods and the combination of theory and practice, this paper mainly discusses the site-road strength problem which takes into account the characteristics of leapfrog recovery in the recovery process of used and end-of-life vehicles.It not only realizes the scientific and reasonable network planning, but also realizes the practical significance of the theory, and provides the theoretical guidance for the enterprises to construct the recycling logistics network of the used cars.The main research of this paper is divided into three parts:The first part is literature review.This paper discusses the research background and significance of the thesis, and on this basis, collects and arranges the domestic and foreign research literature related to the paper extensively, including the logistics location problem, the vehicle road strength question research.The research on site-path problem and the construction of recycling logistics network of used and end-of-life vehicles have thoroughly grasped the research status and trends of these aspects, which has laid a foundation for the subsequent research work of this paper.The second part is the subject of theory.Firstly, the development status of recycling logistics network in foreign countries is studied, and the reverse logistics network of waste automobile in China is analyzed, and the recycling logistics network in reverse logistics network is studied in detail.Based on the third-party recycling model, a three-level logistics network for recycling used vehicles is constructed.Secondly, considering the cost optimization in the waste vehicle recovery logistics network, considering the characteristics of the leapfrogging recovery allowed in the recovery process, the paper puts forward the optimized model of the location and path problem of the waste car recovery logistics network.The cooperative optimization of location and route arrangement of two-level logistics node in waste automobile recycling logistics network is realized effectively.Finally, the genetic algorithm and Tabu search algorithm are studied, the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are compared, and the combination algorithm of genetic algorithm and Tabu search algorithm is proposed.The third part is empirical research.In order to verify the correctness of the established model in practical application, combined with the design algorithm and matlab programming, the model is applied to Chengdu X Company.The location of dismantling center and transfer yard and the route arrangement between dismantling center and recycling station in Chengdu X Company recycling logistics network are determined.
