基于数据包络分析法的冀中南区域旅游协调发展研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的发展，旅游业因其较快的发展速度被作为朝阳产业而受到重视，各国经济发展进程中也把旅游业作为重要支柱产业。旅游业在发展过程中由最初的小范围竞争走向整体竞争，之后又趋于合作，协调发展更是逐渐成为各国旅游业发展的走向。冀中南区域作为中部地区四省交界处的重点区域，国家重视其发展问题，同时丰富的旅游资源及得天独厚的地理位置等因素都为冀中南地区旅游协调发展奠定了坚实的基础。文章运用数据包络分析法和协调度模型，通过计算测评出各城市旅游业发展旅游效率和协调程度，进而进行冀中南区域旅游协调发展的构思，并且提出了协调发展的实施对策，，对于这一地区旅游业的发展可以提供一定的参考。首先，对本文的选题背景、研究意义、相关问题的国内外研究综述、研究内容和研究方法进行了介绍，并对相关概念和基本理论进行了阐述，为后面的研究提供了理论依据和方法。其次，分析了冀中南区域的城市概况、游客数量、社会发展、旅游客源市场、旅游资源状况、旅游接待能力的发展现状。再次，采用数据包络分析和协调度模型，对冀中南区域各市旅游效率及地区协调程度进行定量分析，将评价系统协调程度的协调度模型结合旅游效率的结果进行分析，结果发现冀中南区域旅游协调发展程度水平居中，发展空间大。最后，结合影响冀中南区域各市的旅游效率、旅游协调发展的因素以及区域旅游协调发展的程度提出优化对策，具体包括加强区域旅游政府导向管理、优化区域旅游市场结构、完善区域协调机制对冀中南区域旅游进行调节，以促进冀中南区域旅游更好的协调发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, tourism is regarded as a sunrise industry because of its rapid development, and tourism is regarded as an important pillar industry in the process of economic development. In the process of tourism development, from the initial small-scale competition to the overall competition, and then to cooperation, coordinated development is gradually becoming the trend of tourism development in various countries. As the key area at the junction of four provinces in the central part of Hebei Province, the central and southern Hebei region attaches great importance to its development. Meanwhile, the rich tourism resources and unique geographical location have laid a solid foundation for the coordinated development of tourism in the central and southern regions of Hebei Province. By using the data envelopment analysis method and the coordination degree model, the paper calculates and evaluates the tourism efficiency and coordination degree of tourism development in various cities, and then carries on the conceive of coordinated development of tourism in central and southern Hebei, and puts forward the implementing countermeasures of coordinated development. For the development of tourism in this area can provide a certain reference. First of all, the background of this paper, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research content and research methods are introduced, and related concepts and basic theories are described. It provides the theoretical basis and method for the later research. Secondly, it analyzes the urban situation, the number of tourists, the social development, the tourist source market, the status of tourism resources and the present situation of tourism reception ability in the central and southern Hebei province. Thirdly, using the data envelopment analysis and coordination degree model, the tourism efficiency and regional coordination degree of each city in the central and southern region of Hebei Province are analyzed quantitatively, and the coordination degree model of evaluating the coordination degree of the system is combined with the result of tourism efficiency analysis. The results show that the level of coordinated development of tourism in central and southern Hebei is in the middle and the space for development is large. Finally, combined with the factors affecting the tourism efficiency, the coordinated development of tourism and the degree of coordinated development of regional tourism, the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures, including strengthening the regional tourism government-oriented management and optimizing the structure of regional tourism market. To perfect the regional coordination mechanism to regulate the regional tourism in the central and southern part of Hebei Province in order to promote the better coordinated development of the tourism in the central and southern part of Hebei Province.
