城镇化过程中失地农民入股安置模式研究

【摘要】：以失地农民补偿安置的理论依据为指导,对杭州市补偿安置失地农民的实践探索进行实证研究。提出通过货币化征地补偿与参与发展的入股方式相结合,遵循市场的自有交易原则,在资源配置、组合和利益分配中允许合约的自由选择,才能最有效地降低交易成本、实现市场效率和保障公平分配,从而促进农村地区的持续发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical basis of compensation and placement of land-lost farmers, this paper makes an empirical study on the practical exploration of compensation and placement of land-lost farmers in Hangzhou. It is put forward that only by combining the compensation of land expropriation with the way of participating in the development of equity, following the principle of market own transaction and allowing the free choice of contracts in the allocation of resources, combination and distribution of benefits, can the transaction cost be most effectively reduced. To achieve market efficiency and ensure equitable distribution, thus promoting sustainable development in rural areas.
