基于博弈论的再制造逆向物流定价决策分析

【摘要】:在经济飞速发展的今天,电子家电产品更新换代速度逐渐加快,大量的产品在寿命终期被消费者淘汰或者丢弃,造成了资源的浪费与环境的污染,因此如何合理回收并再利用废旧品,如何建立完善的回收法律法规受到越来越多的国内外学者的关注与研究。本文针对家电电子废弃物的回收与再制造进行了如下的研究:首先以两个制造商与两个回收商组成的系统为研究对象,将再制造与逆向物流相关理论结合起来,运用博弈论思想,建立以回收商向非盈利机构索要的回收费用与制造商的销售价格为决策变量的回收模型,运用逆向归纳法来求取模型的子博弈精炼Nash均衡解,分别分析了在垄断回收与竞争回收两种不同的回收模式下的回收商与制造商的最佳决策,通过对决策变量最优解与目标函数比较分析得出:在产品的替代性β较低,市场的规模经济因素θ不是很强的情况下,竞争回收模式优于垄断回收模式,各参与者可以通过选择竞争回收模式来达到共赢。然后应用定性分析方法,对模型中的相关参数如制造商市场大小a、规模经济因素θ、在不受规模经济影响下的回收商回收单位废旧品所需消耗的费用77、回收商回收单位废旧品可以从政府得到的补贴r与回收的废旧品的再制造率σ进行灵敏度分析,详细分析了模型中相关参数对决策变量最优解的影响,为模型中的参与者做决策提供了理论依据。最后针对我国的实际情况,以家电电子废弃物为例,收集整理相关参数的数据,利用定量分析的数学方法分析制造商市场大小α、规模经济因素θ、回收的废旧品的再制造率σ、制造商市场替代性β与回收率τ对决策变量函数值的影响,进一步论证了文章中定性分析的正确性,并为制造商与回收商回收模式的选择与政府建立关于促进我国家电电子废弃物回收的相关法规提供了理论的依据与建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the upgrading speed of electronic appliances products is gradually accelerated, a large number of products are eliminated or discarded by consumers at the end of their life, which results in waste of resources and pollution of the environment. Therefore, more and more scholars at home and abroad pay more and more attention to how to reasonably recycle and reuse waste products and how to establish perfect recycling laws and regulations. In this paper, the recycling and remanufacturing of electronic waste of household appliances are studied as follows: firstly, taking the system composed of two manufacturers and two recyclers as the research object, the related theories of remanufacturing and reverse logistics are combined together. By using the idea of game theory, a recovery model is established in which the recovery cost demanded by the recycler from the non-profit organization and the selling price of the manufacturer are taken as the decision variables, and the subgame refined Nash equilibrium solution of the model is obtained by using the reverse induction method. The optimal decision of recycler and manufacturer under two different recovery modes of monopoly recovery and competitive recovery is analyzed respectively. By comparing the optimal solution of decision variables with the objective function, it is concluded that the substitution 尾 of the product is lower than that of the product. If the market scale economy factor 胃 is not very strong, the competitive recovery model is superior to the monopoly recovery model, and each participant can choose the competitive recovery model to achieve win-win. And then using qualitative analysis, For the relevant parameters in the model, such as the manufacturer market size a, the scale economy factor 胃, the cost of recovering unit waste products by the recycler without the influence of scale economy 77, the recycler can obtain the unit waste product from the government. The sensitivity analysis between the subsidy r and the remanufacturing rate 蟽 of the recycled waste goods is carried out. The influence of relevant parameters on the optimal solution of decision variables is analyzed in detail, which provides a theoretical basis for the participants in the model to make decisions. Finally, according to the actual situation of our country, taking the electronic waste of household appliances as an example, we collect and collate the data of relevant parameters. The effects of manufacturer market size 伪, scale economy factor 胃, remanufacturing rate 蟽 of recycled waste products, substitute 尾 and recovery rate 蟿 of manufacturer market on the value of decision variables are analyzed by means of quantitative analysis. It further demonstrates the correctness of qualitative analysis in this paper, and provides theoretical basis and suggestions for the selection of recycling mode for manufacturers and recyclers and the establishment of relevant laws and regulations for promoting the recycling of electronic waste from household appliances in China.
