Y公司南方十省小型车整车物流系统整合研究

【摘要】:随着中国汽车消费市场的不断扩大,整车物流运输量将随着产销数量的增长而增长,这对包装、库存、仓储特别是运输物流的需求是非常明显的。采取资源整合战略,实现汽车物流企业间资源的优势互补,是中国汽车物流业提高行业发展水平、增强企业竞争能力、降低企业物流成本、提高物流服务质量的最优选择。同时随着汽车在国内的普及,消费者不仅对车辆质量,,而且对售前及售后服务也提出了更高的要求,如要求车辆为“零公里”新车等。这就迫使汽车制造商要把主要精力集中在自己的核心竞争力汽车制造方面,并把整车物流进行整合。但问题是从制造商到销售商再到最终用户这条汽车整车的供应链上,如何整合及运作才能使整个供应链网络产生更大的增值效应,加快运转速度,降低经营成本以及利润最大化,这也是汽车制造商不断追求的目标。 Y公司目前是国内最大的汽车企业集团之一,旗下经营着多家合资品牌和自主品牌。其中的自主乘用车品牌主要面向经济型车市场。通过对Y公司自主乘用车在南方十省的销售情况和市场占有率的分析,结合Y公司小车专网销售的战略所得出的研究结果表明,Y公司在吉林、天津两地的整车生产商存在着铁路运输、公水联运、物流方式原始等诸多问题。这些问题已影响Y公司自主车型在南方十省市场的销售和市场占有率。为了保证Y公司小车专网销售战略的顺利实施,整车专网物流的整合势在必行。 本论文以Y公司南方十省小型车整车物流整合为研究对象,阐述了整车物流管理相关理论,包括整车物流系统基础理论、特点、现状及解决办法。通过分析Y公司现有整车物流现状,提出了物流整合必要性,对小型车专网整车物流信息系统整合进行优化方案设计。具体思路基于小型车整车物流信息系统整合优化、小型车整车物流仓储系统整合优化、小型车整车物流运输系统整合优化以及小型车经销商整车库存系统整合优化。期望本文可以对Y公司小型车物流系统整合起到一定的指导或参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of China's automobile consumption market, the volume of vehicle logistics will increase with the increase of production and sales, which is very obvious to packaging, inventory, storage, especially transportation logistics demand. It is the best choice for China's automobile logistics industry to improve the level of industry development, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, reduce the cost of enterprise logistics and improve the quality of logistics service by adopting the strategy of integrating resources and realizing the complementary advantages of resources among automobile logistics enterprises. At the same time, with the popularity of cars in China, consumers not only have higher requirements on the quality of vehicles, but also on the pre-sale and after-sales service, such as the requirement of "zero kilometers" of new cars and so on. This forces automakers to focus on their core competitiveness, automobile manufacturing, and integrate vehicle logistics. But the problem is how to integrate and operate the whole supply chain of the whole car from manufacturer to seller to end user to make the whole supply chain network produce greater value-added effect and speed up the operation. Cutting operating costs and maximizing profits is also a constant goal for automakers. Y is one of the largest auto groups in the country, with multiple joint ventures and independent brands. Among them, the independent passenger car brand is mainly oriented to the economic car market. Based on the analysis of the sales situation and market share of Y Company's autonomous passenger cars in 10 southern provinces, combined with the strategy of Y company's car network sales, the research results show that Y Company is in Jilin. There are many problems such as railway transportation, public-water transport and original logistics in Tianjin. These problems have affected the sales and market share of Y Company's own models in the ten southern provinces. In order to ensure the successful implementation of Y company car network sales strategy, the integration of vehicle network logistics is imperative. This paper takes the logistics integration of small vehicles in ten provinces of South China as the research object, and expounds the related theories of vehicle logistics management, including the basic theory, characteristics, present situation and solution of the whole vehicle logistics system. By analyzing the present situation of vehicle logistics in Y Company, the necessity of logistics integration is put forward, and the optimization scheme of integration of logistics information system of small vehicle network is designed. The specific ideas are based on the integration optimization of small vehicle logistics information system, small vehicle logistics warehousing system, small vehicle logistics transportation system integration optimization and small car dealer vehicle inventory system integration optimization. I hope this paper can play a certain guidance or reference to Y company small car logistics system integration.
