杨凌示范区就地城镇化的路径探索

【摘要】：我国目前已将城镇化发展作为国家发展的重大战略,这是基于我国基本国情作出的重大决策。推进就地城镇化是城乡统筹协调发展的有效途径,是新型城镇化发展的战略支点。作为国家唯一的农业高新技术产业示范区,杨凌示范区在推进城乡一体化发展方面做出了积极探索,提出了就地发展城镇化的路径,通过农业就地产业化转变农村产业结构,通过农村就地社区化转变农村社会结构,通过农民就地职业化转变农村就业结构,三化驱动形成了杨凌示范区三农融合发展的就地城镇化模式。
[Abstract]:The development of urbanization has been regarded as a major strategy of national development in China, which is a major decision based on the basic conditions of our country. Promoting local urbanization is an effective way to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas, and is the strategic fulcrum of new urbanization development. As the only agricultural high-tech industry demonstration area in the country, the Yang Ling demonstration area has made active exploration in promoting the development of urban-rural integration, put forward the path of local development and urbanization, and transformed the rural industrial structure through the local agricultural industrialization. Through the transformation of the rural social structure in the local community and the transformation of the rural employment structure through the local professionalization of the peasants, the local urbanization model of the integration of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the Yang Ling demonstration area is formed.
