安吉物流业务发展战略探讨

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的形成,我国汽车行业蓬勃发展,汽车物流也应运而生。在汽车产业化和经济全球化的影响下,安吉汽车物流有限公司面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。面对瞬息万变的外部环境,安吉物流制定符合自身特点的公司业务发展战略和实施策略显得相当关键。本文以安吉物流为研究对象,运用战略管理的相关理论与分析方法,深入分析安吉物流的内外部环境,明确安吉物流业务发展战略的总体思路、战略目标和实施办法,为安吉物流如何在激烈的市场竞争中知己知彼、抓住机遇、乘风破浪、不断开拓与发展提供理论依据和实践指导。首先,分析了我国汽车物流发展的趋势以及安吉物流的内外部环境。再次,在利用SWOT分析工具对公司的优劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析基础上,确定了安吉物流的战略目标:确立公司在国内汽车物流行业中的绝对领先地位,并逐步成为中国物流行业的领先品牌。最后,本文提出了安吉物流在实施战略过程中要注重几个方面:完善公司的人力资源管理制度、优化组织结构管理、改变业务管控模式、丰富市场发展策略、提升技术创新能力、塑造企业文化。
[Abstract]:With the formation of economic globalization, the automobile industry in China is booming, and automobile logistics has emerged as the times require. Under the influence of automobile industrialization and economic globalization, Anji Automobile Logistics Co., Ltd. is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Facing the rapidly changing external environment, it is very important for Anji Logistics to formulate its own business development strategy and implementation strategy. This article takes Anji logistics as the research object, uses the strategic management related theory and the analysis method, deeply analyzes the Anji logistics internal and external environment, clarifies the Anji logistics business development strategy overall thought, the strategic goal and the implementation method, It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for Anji Logistics how to know its own and enemy in the fierce market competition, seize the opportunity, take advantage of the wind and break the waves, and continue to open up and develop. Firstly, the development trend of automobile logistics in China and the internal and external environment of Anji logistics are analyzed. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company by using SWOT analysis tools, the strategic goal of Anji logistics is determined: to establish the absolute leading position of the company in the domestic automobile logistics industry. And gradually become the leading brand in China's logistics industry. Finally, this paper puts forward that Anji logistics should pay attention to several aspects in the implementation of the strategy: improve the company's human resources management system, optimize the organizational structure management, change the business management model, enrich the market development strategy, Improve the ability of technological innovation and shape corporate culture.
