民营快递企业竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:快递业属于现代化的服务业,具有生产性和消费性并存的特点。随着经济的快速发展以及顾客市场需求的多样化,快递市场将获得更大的发展空间。现今,中国的物流市场已经全面对外开放,作为物流业重要部分的快递业,在繁荣发展的同时也出现了白热化的竞争格局。外资快递巨头和国有快递企业正积极拼抢中国快递市场这块需求巨大、利润丰厚的“蛋糕”,羽翼未丰的民营快递业想在激烈的市场竞争环境中脱颖而出必须加强其企业竞争力,建立竞争优势。新《邮政法》的出台,使民营快递业法律化程度提高,但其对邮政行业的扶植力度也给民营快递带来巨大压力。如何应对国有和外资快递企业的两面夹击和《邮政法》中邮政专营的条款,以及建立规范的民营快递市场,是民营快递业亟需解决的问题。 本文首先阐述了民营快递企业的研究背景,介绍了其相关理论,分析了目前快递市场的格局,并用PEST分析法从政策环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境四个方面分析了我国快递市场的情况,然后采用SWOT法,,分析了民营快递企业的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会、以及外部劣势。再次,本文构建了一套完整的民营快递企业竞争力评价指标体系,包括价格水平、市场规模、服务质量、安全水平、快递的时效性、服务质量、信息化水平,外部协调水平和潜在发展能力8项一级指标和22项二级指标,运用层次分析法计算各指标的权重,以量化的形式将影响民营快递企业竞争力的各项指标更加直观地表现出来,并以顺丰、圆通等5家民营快递企业为样本进行实证分析,通过问卷调查和专家评分搜集原始数据,运用模糊综合评价法计算出这5家民营快递企业竞争力的综合得分,从而深入分析影响快递企业竞争力的关键要素。最后得出结论,增强我国民营快递企业的综合竞争力应该从加大投入、改善经营观念和模式、加强网点建设和树立品牌等几个方面来研究。
[Abstract]:Express delivery industry is a modern service industry with the characteristics of production and consumption. With the rapid development of economy and the diversification of customer market demand, express delivery market will get more development space. Nowadays, China's logistics market has been fully open to the outside world. As an important part of the logistics industry, express delivery industry has also emerged a fierce competition pattern in the process of prosperity and development. Foreign-funded express delivery giants and state-owned express companies are actively fighting for the huge demand and lucrative "cake" of China's express delivery market. In order to stand out in the fierce market competition, the fledgling private express delivery industry must strengthen its competitiveness and establish its competitive advantage. The introduction of the new Postal Law has increased the legalization of the private express delivery industry, but its support for the postal industry has also brought great pressure to the private express service. How to deal with the two-sided attack of state-owned and foreign-funded express delivery enterprises and the articles of postal monopoly in "Postal Law", as well as how to establish a standard private express market, are the urgent problems for the private express industry to solve. This paper first describes the research background of private express enterprises, introduces the relevant theories, analyzes the current situation of express market, and analyzes the policy environment and economic environment by pest analysis. This paper analyzes the situation of express delivery market in our country from four aspects: social environment and technical environment, and then analyzes the internal advantages, internal weaknesses, external opportunities and external weaknesses of private express delivery enterprises by using SWOT method. Third, this paper constructs a complete set of private express enterprises competitiveness evaluation index system, including price level, market size, service quality, safety level, delivery timeliness, service quality, information level. The external coordination level and potential development ability of 8 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators are calculated by using AHP to calculate the weight of each index, and the indexes that affect the competitiveness of private express delivery enterprises are more intuitively displayed in the form of quantification. Taking 5 private express delivery enterprises such as Shunfeng and Yuantong as samples for empirical analysis, collecting original data through questionnaire survey and expert score, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the comprehensive scores of competitiveness of these five private express delivery enterprises. Thus in-depth analysis of the key factors affecting the competitiveness of express delivery enterprises. Finally, it is concluded that to strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of private express delivery enterprises in China should be studied from several aspects, such as increasing investment, improving management concept and mode, strengthening network construction and establishing brand.
