我国B2C企业前向一体化问题研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究了我国电子商务尤其是B2C以及与电子商务相关的快递业的现状、关系以及大型B2C对快递业的前向一体化问题。本文主要采用了文献研究,梳理了纵向一体化的相关理论和研究,厘清了电子商务和物流的相关概念;结合纵向一体化的理论、B2C电子商务在物流中遇到的问题,尝试着总结了B2C企业对快递业进行前向一体化的动机和原因;在一系列假定条件下,通过建立一个简单的数理决策模型,求解B2C企业进行前向一体化的临界条件,给B2C企业进行前向一体化提供参考。 本文通过以上研究得出以下结论: (1)我国电子商务物流配送目前存在的模式有:外包模式、纵向一体化模式、云物流模式。 (2)我国B2C前向一体化的动因有以下几点:获得核心竞争力、减少交易成本、消除不确定性、防止机会主义、提高进入壁垒、获得其他利润来源。 (3)虽然B2C企业有进行前向一体化的动因,但并不是所有B2C企业都适合和应该前向一体化。在B2C前向一体化的决策模型中,在一定假设的前提下,只有当B2C企业具备一定能力,,达到一定的销售额时,才应该考虑是否进行前向一体化。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the current situation, relationship and forward integration of E-commerce, especially B2C and E-commerce related express industry in China. This article mainly adopts the literature research, combs the vertical integration correlation theory and the research, has clarified the electronic commerce and the logistics related concept, unifies the longitudinal integration theory to the B2C electronic commerce in the logistics encountered question, This paper tries to summarize the motive and reason of forward integration of B2C enterprise to express industry, under a series of assumptions, by establishing a simple mathematical decision model, the critical condition of forward integration of B2C enterprise is solved. To provide a reference for forward integration of B 2 C enterprises. This paper draws the following conclusions through the above research: (1) the existing modes of e-commerce logistics distribution in China are: outsourcing mode, vertical integration model, Cloud logistics mode. (2) the motivation of B2C forward integration in China is as follows: obtaining core competitiveness, reducing transaction cost, eliminating uncertainty, preventing opportunism and raising barriers to entry. (3) although B2C enterprises have the motivation of forward integration, not all B2C enterprises are suitable and should be forward integrated. In the decision model of B2C forward integration, only when the B2C enterprise has certain ability to achieve a certain sales volume, should consider whether to carry out forward integration under the premise of certain assumptions.
