我国食品安全问题及监管模式建立探讨

【摘要】:本文着眼于关注我国食品安全问题,分析食品安全监管模式存在的问题。通过分析当前存在的一系列食品安全问题,建立健全食品及其相关产品的加工、流通和销售一体化的监管体系;并通过建立一整套的食品安全相关法律法规和执法标准,使得整个监管体系在解决食品安全问题时发挥及时、有效的作用。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the problem of food safety in China and analyzes the problems in the mode of food safety supervision. By analyzing a series of current food safety problems, establishing and perfecting an integrated regulatory system for the processing, circulation and marketing of food and its related products, and establishing a set of food safety related laws and regulations and law enforcement standards, So that the entire regulatory system in solving food safety problems play a timely and effective role.
