绿色农房建造标准评价研究

【摘要】:建筑业是我国的能耗大户,建材生产和建筑使用过程中的能耗占社会总能耗的40%左右。在我国的城乡建筑的存量中,绝大部分为高能耗建筑,建设发展“四节一环保”的绿色建筑成为我国建筑业的必然选择。随着城镇化、农业现代化的推进,我国农房的建设数量逐年增加,并且在我国建筑总量中的所占比重较大,而传统的农房存在建设管理不到位、能耗量巨大、农房建设所用建材质量低劣以及农房建设缺乏技术性等严重问题。因此,大力推进绿色农房的建造成为了我国村镇地区未来发展的主要方向。 本文详尽的阐述了论文的研究背景,包括研究范围的界定、建筑业的高能耗、建筑业与环境的和谐发展、村镇建设规模的日益扩大以及绿色农房的现实需求,并针对国内外绿色建筑、绿色建筑评价以及绿色农房评价的研究现状和不足,提出了本文的研究内容。在对相关理论进行分析的基础上,阐述了绿色农房建造标准评价的丰富内涵,为后续的评价工作奠定了基础。在分析指标体系构建原则的基础上,构建了绿色农房建造标准评价指标体系,涵盖技术性指标、社会性指标和经济性指标的12个二级指标和41个三级指标,在对各项评价指标的内容和确定方法予以详细的剖析后,并对指标进行预处理,确保各项评价指标的科学性和合理性。采用基于5级标度法和熵值法的综合集成赋权法来确定绿色农房建造标准评价指标的权重,采用灰色聚类法对绿色农房建造标准进行评价,以此构建基于三角白化权函数的绿色农房建造标准评价模型。最后以天津市宝坻区尹家铺村的绿色农房为背景,对本文已构建的绿色农房建造标准评价模型进行实证研究,评价结果为“三星级”标准,然后针对我国绿色农房实际现状提出有针对性的对策建议。 绿色农房建造标准评价模型的构建,为我国村镇地区绿色农房的实际评价提供了可行的技术路径,保障了我国绿色农房建造过程的规范和科学,促进了绿色农房的建设、推广和普及。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a major energy user in China, and the energy consumption in the production and use of building materials accounts for about 40% of the total energy consumption of the society. In the stock of urban and rural buildings in China, most of them are high energy consumption buildings, so the construction and development of green buildings with "four sections and one environmental protection" has become the inevitable choice of Chinese construction industry. The poor quality of building materials used in the construction of agricultural houses and the lack of technical construction of agricultural houses and other serious problems. Therefore, vigorously promoting the construction of green farm houses has become the main direction of the future development of villages and towns in China. This article elaborated the research background in detail, including the definition of the research scope, the high energy consumption of the construction industry, the harmonious development of the construction industry and the environment, the increasing expansion of the scale of the village and town construction and the realistic demand of the green farm house. Aiming at the present situation and deficiency of the research on green building, green building evaluation and green agricultural house evaluation at home and abroad, the research content of this paper is put forward. Based on the analysis of relevant theories, this paper expounds the rich connotation of the standard evaluation of the construction of green agricultural houses, which lays a foundation for the subsequent evaluation work. After the detailed analysis of the contents and determination methods of each evaluation index, the preprocessing of the index is carried out to ensure the scientific and reasonable evaluation index. The weight of the standard evaluation index of green farm house is determined by the comprehensive integrated weighting method based on 5-grade scale method and entropy method, and the grey cluster method is used to evaluate the construction standard of green farm house. A standard evaluation model of green farm house construction based on triangular whitening weight function is constructed. Finally, based on the background of the green farm house in Yinjiapu Village, Baodi District, Tianjin, the paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation model of the construction standard of the green farm house, the result of which is "three star" standard. Then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in view of the actual situation of green farm houses in our country. Popularizing and popularizing.
