混流装配车间物料配送与监控系统研究与实现

【摘要】:随着市场需求多样化、个性化的转变,多品种、小批量生产模式已成为离散制造企业的主要生产模式,带来的问题是车间生产物料类型急剧增加,为保障正常生产,准时、精确的物料配送显得尤为重要。 以某汽车企业混流装配车间为研究对象,以精准化配送为指导思想,以物联网核心技术为支撑,研究企业生产过程中物料配送调度模型。在生产现场实时信息反馈的基础上,从配送作业的流程分析、模型建立、求解方法等方面探讨如何合理安排物料配送作业计划,实现对生产线物料动态需求的响应。 通过分析混流装配车间物料配送特点,研究了物料配送与监控关键技术,针对生产现场的物料配送与监控、装配防错等需求,提出物料配送与跟踪的总体框架。针对混流装配车间物料分类机制和配送方式,以混流装配车间精确布局和工位物料准确需求已知为前提,建立了物料配送路径优化模型,采用智能算法对模型进行求解,实现物料配送车辆路径优化。针对车间物料管理可视化的需求,分别设计基于RFID的物料识别系统和基于ZigBee的物料监控网络,,并采用RFID和ZigBee结合的方式实现智能物料匹配检测。在上述研究成果基础上,设计了物料配送与监控系统,实现了物料配送作业全过程监控,该系统已经在江淮汽车公司正式上线使用1年时间。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of market demand and the change of individuation, multi-variety and small-batch production mode has become the main production mode of discrete manufacturing enterprises. The problem is that the type of materials produced in workshop increases sharply, in order to ensure normal production, punctual production, Accurate material distribution is particularly important. Taking the mixed-flow assembly workshop of an automobile enterprise as the research object, taking the precision distribution as the guiding ideology and the core technology of the Internet of things as the support, this paper studies the material distribution scheduling model in the production process of the enterprise. On the basis of real-time information feedback on production site, this paper discusses how to arrange the operation plan of material distribution reasonably from the aspects of flow analysis, model establishment and solution method of distribution operation, so as to realize the response to the dynamic demand of material in production line. By analyzing the characteristics of material distribution in mixed-flow assembly workshop, the key technologies of material distribution and monitoring are studied. The overall framework of material distribution and tracking is put forward to meet the requirements of material distribution and monitoring in production site, assembly error prevention and so on. Aiming at the material classification mechanism and distribution mode of mixed flow assembly workshop, a material distribution path optimization model is established on the premise of accurate layout of mixed flow assembly workshop and accurate material requirement of work station. Intelligent algorithm is used to solve the model. The vehicle route optimization of material distribution is realized. According to the requirement of material management visualization in workshop, the material identification system based on RFID and the material monitoring network based on ZigBee are designed, and the intelligent material matching detection is realized by the combination of RFID and ZigBee. Based on the above research results, a material distribution and monitoring system is designed, which realizes the whole process monitoring of material distribution. The system has been used in Jianghuai Automobile Company for one year.
