企业应急物流过程管理研究与应用

【摘要】:现代企业面临复杂多变的内外部环境。内外部环境的急剧变化不但影响到企业正常生产经营活动,还可能导致应急物流需求的产生。为了保证企业的运行,需要对企业应急物流进行了深入研究。 为了深入研究企业应急物流,本论文首先通过文献检索分析的方法,对企业应急物流国内外研究现状进行了系统了解,掌握了应急物流研究的主要观点和成果。在此基础上,对企业实际应急物流应对情况进行访谈和实地调研,为构建企业应急物流过程管理模型奠定了基础。最后,通过案例研究,对提出企业应急物流过程管理模型进行验证。论文的主要研究成果如下。 (1)构建了企业应急物流IWRE过程管理模型。该模型包括企业应急物流识别(Identification)、企业应急物流预警(Warning)、企业应急物流响应(Response)和企业应急物流综合能力评价(Evaluation)四个阶段。在企业应急物流识别阶段分析了企业应急物流致因因素和信息采集方法;在企业应急物流预警阶段构建了应急物流预警指标体系,研究了预警级别的判定和预控策略的制定;企业应急物流响应阶段探讨了企业应急物流响应启动的时间、响应级别的判定和应急物流响应方案;在企业应急物流评价阶段提出了企业应急物流综合能力评价方法。最后探讨了企业应急物流过程管理保障机制。 (2)构建了企业应急物流路径优化模型。根据实际情况对企业应急物流方案优化中的路径选择问题进行合理假设,以应急物流时间满足率最大化和应急物流运输成本最小化为目标,建立了企业应急物流运输路径的多目标优化模型,并应用遗传算法对模型进行求解分析,为企业应急物流运输方案的选择提供了方法基础。 (3)提出了企业应急物流综合能力评价模型。首先,建立了企业应急物流过程管理的评价指标体系;然后,采用层次熵分析法对评价指标进行综合集成赋权;最后,运用多层次模糊综合评价方法构建了综合评价模型。 通过对LJYC公司应急物流案例分析,验证了企业应急物流过程管理IWRE四阶段模型的应用效果,为改善企业应急物流管理水平提供依据。
[Abstract]:Modern enterprises face complex internal and external environment. The sharp changes of internal and external environment not only affect the normal production and management activities of enterprises, but also lead to the emergence of emergency logistics demand. In order to ensure the operation of enterprises, the emergency logistics of enterprises need to be deeply studied. In order to deeply study the emergency logistics of enterprises, this paper firstly makes a systematic understanding of the present situation of the research on emergency logistics at home and abroad through the method of literature retrieval and analysis, and grasps the main viewpoints and achievements of the research on emergency logistics. On this basis, the actual emergency logistics response to the situation of interviews and field research, for the establishment of enterprise emergency logistics process management model laid the foundation. Finally, through the case study, the proposed enterprise emergency logistics process management model is verified. The main research results are as follows: (1) the IWRE process management model of enterprise emergency logistics is constructed. This model includes four stages: enterprise emergency logistics identification (Identification), enterprise emergency logistics warning (Warning), enterprise emergency logistics response (Response) and enterprise emergency logistics comprehensive capability evaluation (Evaluation). In the phase of enterprise emergency logistics identification, the cause factors and information collection methods of enterprise emergency logistics are analyzed, and the early warning index system of emergency logistics is constructed in the early warning stage of enterprise emergency logistics, and the determination of early warning level and the formulation of pre-control strategy are studied. In the phase of enterprise emergency logistics response, the starting time of enterprise emergency logistics response, the decision of response level and the emergency logistics response scheme are discussed, and the evaluation method of enterprise emergency logistics comprehensive capability is put forward in the enterprise emergency logistics evaluation stage. Finally, the management and guarantee mechanism of enterprise emergency logistics process is discussed. (2) the enterprise emergency logistics path optimization model is constructed. According to the actual situation, the path selection problem in the optimization of enterprise emergency logistics scheme is reasonably assumed, and the goal is to maximize the time satisfaction rate of emergency logistics and minimize the transportation cost of emergency logistics. The multi-objective optimization model of emergency logistics transportation path is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. It provides a method basis for the choice of emergency logistics transportation scheme. (3) the evaluation model of enterprise emergency logistics comprehensive capability is put forward. First, the evaluation index system of enterprise emergency logistics process management is established; then, the AHP is used to integrate the evaluation index. Finally, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model. Through the case analysis of emergency logistics of LJYC company, the application effect of IWRE four-stage model of enterprise emergency logistics process management is verified, which provides the basis for improving the level of emergency logistics management.
