北京地区快递公司竞争力提升的瓶颈及建议——以圆通公司为例

【摘要】:随着电商平台对人们生活的影响日益明显,我国物流行业的发展也比较迅速,快递行业作为物流行业的重要组成部分,在北京地区的竞争呈现白热化,面对北京地区日益扩大的快递需求,快递公司的市场竞争力提升尤为重要,文章结合北京圆通快递公司的发展现状,分析其市场竞争力提升的瓶颈,并针对性地提出对策建议,旨在提高圆通快递公司的市场竞争力,在提供优质服务的基础上实现市场份额的扩张。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly obvious impact of e-commerce platform on people's lives, the logistics industry in China is also developing rapidly. As an important part of the logistics industry, the competition in Beijing is becoming more and more intense. In the face of the increasing demand for express delivery in Beijing, it is particularly important to enhance the market competitiveness of express delivery companies. This paper analyzes the bottleneck of the promotion of market competitiveness of Beijing Yuantong express delivery company, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in the light of the current development situation of Beijing Yuantong express company. The purpose is to improve the market competitiveness of Yuantong Express Company and to expand its market share on the basis of providing high quality service.
