企业投融资匹配指数的构建及经济后果分析

【摘要】：从投融资数量、期限、专用性、风险和收益成本五个方面选择相应的评价指标,并采取熵权法确定各评价指标权重,构建了投融资匹配指数评价模型。进一步以机械、设备、仪表制造业为例,阐明了该指数的计量过程,并检验了投融资匹配的经济后果。研究结果表明,投融资匹配程度对企业价值存在正向促进作用,上市公司加强投融资配置可以看做企业价值增加的信号之一。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the corresponding evaluation index from five aspects of investment and financing quantity, term, specificity, risk and benefit cost, and adopts entropy weight method to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and constructs the evaluation model of investment and financing matching index. Taking the manufacturing industry of machinery, equipment and instrument as an example, the measurement process of the index is expounded, and the economic consequences of the matching of investment and financing are tested. The results show that the matching degree of investment and financing has a positive effect on the enterprise value, and the strengthening of investment and financing allocation of listed companies can be regarded as one of the signals of the increase of enterprise value.
