以废旧手机为例的电子废弃物逆向物流网络规划

【摘要】:电子产品基数大、更新换代速度快等特点使得电子废弃物的数量迅猛增长,加之人类环保意识的加强和资源循环利用理念的灌输使得电子废弃物的回收已是一个不容忽视的问题。 本文以废旧手机为例,采用定性与定量相结合的方法对电子废弃物逆向物流网络规划进行了研究。通过文献研究和理论学习,结合废旧手机回收的特点,本文总结了废旧手机逆向物流网络的运营模式和回收处理流程,并在此基础上建立了一个以最小化总成本、最大化总收入、最大化顾客满意度、最大化环境收益为目标体系的整数非线性规划模型。最后,,本文运用LINGO软件对陕西省地区的废旧手机回收数据进行案例分析,探讨了不同的回收率和设施容量约束对废旧手机逆向物流网络选址策略和路径优化的影响。
[Abstract]:The large base number of electronic products and the rapid replacement speed make the quantity of electronic waste increase rapidly. In addition, with the strengthening of human environmental awareness and the inculcation of the concept of recycling resources, the recycling of electronic wastes has become a problem that can not be ignored. In this paper, the reverse logistics network planning of electronic waste is studied by using qualitative and quantitative methods, taking used mobile phones as an example. Through literature research and theoretical study, combined with the characteristics of waste mobile phone recycling, this paper summarizes the operation mode and recycling process of waste mobile phone reverse logistics network, and establishes a method to minimize the total cost. The integer nonlinear programming model which maximizes total revenue, maximizes customer satisfaction and maximizes environmental benefits. Finally, this paper uses LINGO software to analyze the recycling data of used mobile phones in Shaanxi Province, and discusses the influence of different recovery rate and facility capacity constraints on the location strategy and path optimization of reverse logistics network of used mobile phones.
