吉尔吉斯斯坦社会经济发展过程中的跨国迁移研究

　　从20世纪末到21世纪初,世界各国人口流动的规模、结构和流动的原因都发生了深远的变化,吉尔吉斯斯坦也不例外。自吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国独立以来,其国内主导劳动力流动的因素已经完全不同于苏联时期,社会政治制度与政策的改革使不同种族间几经恶化的关系得到恢复、经济全球化与市场关系的发展等原因使得人口在国家间的自由流动现象广泛出现。根据国家统计数据显示,如今吉尔吉斯斯坦每年劳动力人口输出的数量是过去的几倍之多,迁出劳动力人口的年龄范围之大、性别比例差距缩小、原始职业与地区之广泛等事实与发展趋势逐渐引起了吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国官方部门的注意。在苏联统治时期吉尔吉斯斯坦国内超过一半的人口生活居住于乡村地区,因此独立之初,他们中的大多数都面临着伴随着苏联解体而来的就业机会骤减、经济冲击甚至环境问题,为了生存他们向城市流动;而如今,随着人们对经济发展、生活水平的要求越来越高,为追求更好的物质基础与个人价值的发挥,大多数人选择去工业化国家、发达国家就业。正如我们所知道的,劳动力流动因素对国内外劳动力市场以及输出国、输入国的社会政治经济发展具有非常重大的影响。向外国流动的劳动力在劳动力整体流动中的占比越来越大,这无疑...
