中国林业产权场内交易现状分析——基于南方林业产权交易所4565条交易数据

【摘要】：以南方林业产权交易所2007—2016年4 565条交易数据为基础,从林权场内交易的数量与金额、权属类型、交易方式、林权分类、流转面积与流转年限5个方面分析了中国林业产权场内交易市场的发展现状。结果表明:⑴场内交易的总量和金额呈现先增加后减少的趋势;⑵在权属类型方面,场内交易的主要对象是国有和集体权属森林资源,私有权属森林资源的交易自2012年开始逐年减少;⑶2014年以前拍卖是主要的成交方式,2014年以来竞价转让成为主要的交易方式;⑷在场内交易的林权类型方面,参与交易的主要是林木所有权;⑸普遍存在交易面积较小,流转期限较短的现象。最后,剖析了造成这些现象可能的原因。
[Abstract]:Based on the 4,565 transaction data of the Southern Forest property Exchange from 2007 to 2016, this paper analyzes the number and amount of the transactions on the exchange, the type of ownership, the way of transaction, and the classification of forest rights. This paper analyzes the development status of China's forestry property rights exchange market from five aspects: circulation area and circulation period. The results show that: (1) the total amount and amount of in-exchange transactions increase first and then decrease; (2) in terms of ownership type, the main objects of OTC are state-owned and collective ownership forest resources, and the number of private ownership forest resources has been decreasing year by year since 2012; (3) auction is the main transaction way before 2014, and bidding transfer has become the main transaction way since 2014. There is a phenomenon that the transaction area is small and the circulation period is short. Finally, the possible causes of these phenomena are analyzed.
