股利政策对肯尼亚内罗毕证券交易所上市公司市场份额价格的影响

　　尽管在不同的市场上进行了广泛的研究,股息政策仍然是一个谜,它是否与市场股价相关或无关,这是由于研究得出的不同结论。这项研究旨在探讨股息政策对2011年至2016年肯尼亚内罗毕证券交易所（NSE）上市公司市场股价的影响。从公司财务报表和内罗毕证券交易所网站获得的二手数据用于研究。根据股票上市的一致性,六年期间股息支付的一致性以及数据可用性,使用了目的抽样设计,样本规模为33家公司,这些公司是从66家公司中选出的。该研究采用多元回归分析。市场份额价格被用作因变量,股息政策（以股息支付比率和每股股息衡量）作为自变量,而每股收益,资产收益率,财务杠杆和增长作为控制变量。以5%的显着性水平分析数据。结果显示,每股股息和股息支付比率对股价有显着影响。每股收益和财务杠杆对股价产生重大影响,而资产回报和增长对内罗毕证券交易所（NSE）上市公司的市场股价影响不大。与调查结果相关的研究得出结论,股息政策对内罗毕证券交易所（NSE）上市公司的市场股价有影响,因此不支持股息不相关理论。
