【摘要】:先进制造技术AMT(Advanced Manufacturing Technology)是指在保留传统制造技术有效要素的基础上,不断吸收科技发展新成果实现新的制造技术的总称。当前,我国工业化进程进入转型关键期,AMT作为制造业应用发展的必然趋势,项目的不断引入不仅给企业带来微观层面的经济效益和无形战略效益,同时对区域自然环境和社会经济政治文化环境等各个方面也产生了深远的影响。在“以人为本”为核心的可持续发展观下,投资决策不仅要重视项目投资的微观经济效益,更要从全社会角度去考核项目对自然、社会以及经济等各方面的影响。在此背景下,本研究在相关理论支撑基础上构建AMT投资项目社会评价体系,,并试图实现评价结果的量化、货币化,为实际决策提供科学依据。 首先,第一章内容在明确投资项目社会评价的范畴基础之上,选择宏观角度作为研究切入点,通过绪论论述选题来源、研究意义之后,明确了研究内容和研究技术路线。第二章给出整个研究的理论基础,根据外部性理论,基于“以人为本”的可持续发展观下,对AMT投资项目展开全面综合的社会评价,识别项目对社会系统的影响。论文的第三章内容从AMT投资项目对宏观社会系统可能产生的社会经济、社会环境、自然环境以及项目与区域的互适性四个方面构建AMT投资项目社会评价的评价系统框架,并系统分析了在开展社会评价时,需要识别的AMT投资项目的引入可能给区域社会带来的具体影响,同时进行AMT投资项目社会评价系统指标量化研究。 为了使研究更加具有实用性,第四章通过构建自然环境资源价值量化评估“新三分法”——直接价值法、替代价值法和效用测度法方法框架,对AMT投资项目的自然环境影响评价给出了较为具体的量化方案。同时,在第五章借助陈述偏好法中较为成熟的条件极值法CVM,通过问卷调研的方式结合双边界二分法的消费者支付(受偿)引导方法,对调研问题进行启发式询问,最终对社会评价中难以找到相关市场价值衡量的社会影响评价指标进行货币化。为了使得最终得到AMT项目社会评价的量化结果,文章第六章主要对AMT投资项目的社会互适性评价指标进行量化,并借助Stackelberg模型对AMT项目与区域社会互适性进行博弈过程分析。第七章内容借助粗糙集算法理论对构建的指标系统进行筛选,以及信息熵理论对各项指标赋予相对客观的权重,实现评价模型的集成。 第八章内容通过秦皇岛臻鼎科技有限公司CAM生产系统的实证研究,对所构建的评价模型进行适用性印证,实证研究发现对AMT项目进行社会评价有助于识别项目给区域社会带来的不同方面的影响,而模型最后的综合评价值则在进行方案评判和比选的时候具有实际应用价值。
[Abstract]:Advanced manufacturing technology (AMT(Advanced Manufacturing technology) refers to the retention of traditional manufacturing technology on the basis of effective elements. At present, the process of industrialization in China has entered a critical period of transition, AMT as an inevitable trend of manufacturing application development. The continuous introduction of projects not only brings micro-level economic benefits and intangible strategic benefits to enterprises. At the same time, the regional natural environment and social, economic, political and cultural environment and other aspects also have a far-reaching impact. "people-oriented" as the core of the concept of sustainable development. Investment decision should not only pay attention to the micro-economic benefits of project investment, but also assess the impact of the project on the natural, social and economic aspects from the perspective of the whole society. On the basis of relevant theories, this study constructs the social evaluation system of AMT investment projects, and tries to realize the quantification and monetization of the evaluation results, which provides a scientific basis for the actual decision-making. First of all, the content of the first chapter in the clear investment project social evaluation on the basis of the category, choose a macro perspective as the research entry point, through the introduction to discuss the source of the topic, after the research significance. The second chapter gives the theoretical basis of the whole study, according to the theory of externality, based on the "people-oriented" concept of sustainable development. Comprehensive social evaluation of AMT investment projects to identify the impact of the project on the social system. The third chapter of the paper from the AMT investment projects on the macro social system likely to produce the social economy. Social environment, natural environment and mutual applicability of the project and the region of four aspects of the AMT investment project social evaluation system framework, and a systematic analysis of the development of social evaluation. The introduction of AMT investment projects that need to be identified may have a specific impact on the regional society. At the same time, the quantitative research on the social evaluation system indicators of AMT investment projects is carried out. In order to make the research more practical, chapter 4th constructs the framework of "new three-point method", "direct value method", alternative value method and utility measure method to evaluate the value of natural environment resources. At the same time, in Chapter 5th, we give a more specific quantitative scheme for the natural environment impact assessment of AMT investment projects. At the same time, in Chapter 5th, we use the more mature conditional extreme value method (CVM), which is a more mature method of preference statement. Through the questionnaire survey combined with the dual-boundary dichotomy of consumer payment (compensation) guidance method, the investigation of the question of heuristic inquiry. Finally, it is difficult to find the relevant market value in the social evaluation of social impact evaluation indicators to monetize, in order to make the final AMT project social evaluation results. Chapter 6th quantifies the social interoperability evaluation index of AMT investment projects. The Stackelberg model is used to analyze the interaction between AMT project and regional society. Chapter 7th selects the index system based on rough set algorithm theory. And the information entropy theory gives relative objective weight to each index to realize the integration of evaluation model. Chapter 8th through Qinhuangdao Zhending Technology Co., Ltd. CAM production system empirical research, the evaluation model built to verify the applicability. Empirical study found that social evaluation of AMT projects can help to identify the impact of the project on different aspects of regional society. The final comprehensive evaluation value of the model has practical application value in scheme evaluation and comparison.
