【摘要】：正资本市场是市场经济中不可或缺的重要组成部分,对促进经济发展、优化资源配置发挥着至关重要的作用。随着我国多层次资本市场的建立,场外交易市场(三板市场)应运而生,柜台市场会计问题成为一个新的研究领域。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable part of market economy, positive capital market plays an important role in promoting economic development and optimizing resource allocation. With the establishment of multi-level capital market in China, the over-the-counter market (three-board market) emerges as the times require, and the accounting problem of the over-the-counter market becomes a new research field.
