电网企业信息化投资贡献率模型的研究与实现

【摘要】:目前,企业信息化应用水平作为衡量各国经济发展的重要指标,越来越受到企业的重视,信息化投资力度逐年增加。一直受到重视且作为重要基础设施建设的电网企业,对于信息化的投资力度也在逐年加大。随着电网企业信息化投资规模的逐步扩大,定量的认识信息化投资对电网企业发展的贡献率,帮助企业制定科学合理的投资决策这一需求显得越来越迫切。 本文通过研究和分析国内外的相关理论知识,在此基础上,对电网企业信息化投资的各个因素及因素之间的作用机理进行深入的研究分析,提出了基于柯布-道格拉斯生产函数(C-D生产函数)的贡献率模型,并运用当今主流的开发框架,研发了电网企业信息化投资贡献率系统。该系统不仅可以灵活的构建贡献率的相关指标,还可以通过校验指标数据,保证指标数据的合理性和完整性。最后,利用贡献率模型计算指标的相关数据,得到量化的结果。系统通过细粒度的分析指标数据,实现了贡献率的辅助分析功能,从而为企业的投资决策提供支持。本系统具有丰富的展示功能,分析结果直观易懂。系统采用J2EE的多层架构开发,基于组件架构技术的实现,使用iBATIS+Spring+Flex框架构建而成。 该系统可以使企业的贡献率评价结果更加科学、合理,能更好地反映电网企业的运行效益情况,从而为企业的投资决策提供支持,使投资决策水平再上一个新台阶。目前该系统已经投入使用,系统的实用性和高效性得到了很好的验证,有很好的推广价值。
[Abstract]:At present, the application level of enterprise informatization, as an important index to measure the economic development of various countries, has been paid more and more attention by enterprises, and the investment intensity of informatization has increased year by year. Grid enterprises, which have been attached great importance to and as an important infrastructure construction, invest more and more in informatization year by year. With the gradual expansion of the scale of information investment in power grid enterprises, it is more and more urgent to understand quantitatively the contribution rate of information investment to the development of power grid enterprises and to help enterprises to make scientific and reasonable investment decisions. Based on the research and analysis of relevant theoretical knowledge at home and abroad, this paper makes a deep research and analysis on the factors and the action mechanism of the information investment in power grid enterprises. The contribution rate model based on Cobb-Douglas production function (C-D production function) is put forward, and the contribution rate system of information investment in power grid enterprise is developed by using the current mainstream development framework. The system can not only flexibly construct the relevant index of contribution rate, but also ensure the rationality and integrity of the index data by verifying the index data. Finally, the quantitative results are obtained by using the contribution rate model to calculate the relevant data of the indicators. The system realizes the auxiliary analysis function of the contribution rate through the fine granularity analysis index data, thus provides the support for the enterprise investment decision. This system has abundant display function, the analysis result is intuitionistic and easy to understand. The system is based on the implementation of component architecture and iBATIS Spring Flex framework. The system can make the evaluation result of the enterprise's contribution rate more scientific and reasonable, can better reflect the operation benefit of the power grid enterprise, thus provide the support for the enterprise's investment decision, and make the investment decision level rise to a new level. At present, the system has been put into use, the practicability and efficiency of the system have been well verified, and it has a good promotion value.
