《越来越好：公司治理十年》（节选）翻译报告

　　管理学作为一门综合性的交叉学科,是系统研究管理活动基本规律和一般方法的科学。管理类著作的翻译具有规范性、准确性、客观性三大特征,要求译者本身具备相应的学科知识以及良好的外文功底。本文为乔纳森·查克曼（Jonathan Charkham）的著作《越来越好:公司治理十年》的英汉翻译实践报告。该书由牛津大学出版社于2008年7月出版,目前尚无中文译本。本报告以切斯特曼的翻译规范理论为理论指导。切斯特曼作为翻译规范理论的主要代表人物之一,认为翻译是一种受规范制约的活动,是译者在源语与译入语间,对两种语言、文化、篇章的传统规范进行取舍的产物。切斯特曼将作者、读者、语篇类型、经济和意识形态等因素都纳入了翻译规范的理论范畴,并提出了五大翻译规范:期待规范、专业规范、责任规范、交际规范、关系规范。本报告由五个部分组成。第一章为翻译背景介绍;第二章对翻译过程的回顾;第三章引入翻译理论,进行文献回顾及展示本文的理论框架;第四章通过具体的案例分析,揭示了切斯特曼的五大翻译规范对于翻译实践的指导;第五章为结论,概述翻译过程的经验和启示,总结翻译过程的所得与不足。
