利率市场化对我国中小商业银行的影响分析

【摘要】:2013年7月19日,经国务院批准,中国人民银行决定,自2013年7月20日起全面放开金融机构贷款利率管制。我国利率市场化已经进入深水区,距离利率的完全市场化只剩下最后一步-存款利率的放开。利率市场化改革促进了一国经济的发展,为金融机构创造了一个公平竞争的环境,提高了金融系统运行的效率。对于商业银行来说,其作为金融系统的主要成员,利率市场化改革必将对其产生重要的影响。利率市场化改革为商业银行带来了风险和挑战,考验着银行经营能力和应变能力,同时也为商业银行提供加快发展的机遇,缺少资源优势的中小商业银行如何应对这场战役,在日益开放的经营环境中保持充足的竞争力,关系着其最终的生存。因此,研究利率市场化对我国中小商业银行的影响,以及如何制定相应的对策安排具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先阐述了有关利率市场化的相关理论,,分析了利率市场化对商业银行的传导路径。同时,回顾了国外发达国家和发展中国家利率市场化改革的历程,总结了国外银行业在利率市场化之后的变化,为我国商业银行转型积累经验;其次,结合理论分析和国外利率市场化的经验,在回顾我国利率市场化改革进程的基础上,从经营和管理两个方面分析了利率市场化对我国中小商业银行的影响,结果表明,我国中小商业银行的经营策略并没有紧跟利率市场化的步伐,银行风险管理能力也较弱。最后,本文结合我国国情,从经营方式转变、业务结构调整、提高定价能力,加强风险管理四个方面提出了相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:In July 19th 2013, with the approval of the State Council, the people's Bank of China decided to liberalize the interest rate control of financial institutions from July 20th 2013. China's interest rate liberalization has entered deep water area. The reform of interest rate liberalization has promoted the development of a country's economy and created a fair competition environment for financial institutions. Improve the efficiency of the operation of the financial system. For commercial banks, as the main members of the financial system. The reform of marketization of interest rate will have an important impact on it. The reform of marketization of interest rate brings risks and challenges to commercial banks, and tests the ability of management and adaptability of banks. At the same time, it also provides opportunities for commercial banks to accelerate development. How do small and medium-sized commercial banks, which lack the advantage of resources, cope with this battle and maintain sufficient competitiveness in the increasingly open business environment? Therefore, the study of interest rate marketization on the impact of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China. And how to formulate the corresponding countermeasures has important theoretical and practical significance. Firstly, this paper expounds the relevant theories of interest rate marketization, and analyzes the transmission path of interest rate marketization to commercial banks. This paper reviews the course of interest rate marketization reform in developed and developing countries, summarizes the changes of foreign banks after interest rate liberalization, and accumulates experience for the transformation of Chinese commercial banks. Secondly, combined with theoretical analysis and foreign interest rate marketization experience, on the basis of reviewing the interest rate marketization reform process in China. This paper analyzes the impact of interest rate marketization on small and medium-sized commercial banks in China from two aspects of management and management. The results show that the management strategies of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China do not keep up with the pace of interest rate marketization. Finally, according to the situation of our country, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: changing the management mode, adjusting the business structure, improving the pricing ability and strengthening the risk management.
