【摘要】：文章在一个综合的框架下考察企业家特征对创新投入的长期影响。公司董事长和总经理的研发背景及学历水平代表着公司创新战略的前瞻性和专业性,对创新投入显著的促进作用。国有企业性质整体上对公司的创新投入有抑制作用,但在高科技公司中国有企业倾向投入更多资金进行创新。此外,股权融资有利于企业创新投入。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the long-term impact of entrepreneur characteristics on innovation investment under a comprehensive framework. The R & D background and educational level of the chairman and general manager represent the forward-looking and professional nature of the company's innovation strategy. The nature of state-owned enterprises as a whole has a restraining effect on innovation investment, but in high-tech companies, state-owned enterprises tend to invest more funds for innovation. Equity financing is conducive to enterprise innovation input.
