合肥农村二手车消费贷款市场发展探讨

【摘要】:通过二手车交易市场,农村居民也可以实现自己的汽车梦。据中国汽车流通协会的数据显示,2014年我国二手车交易量达到900万辆,2016年前三季度交易量为688.44万辆,相比上年同期增长了5.68%,累计交易金额为3954亿元,预计全年交易量将超过1000万辆,2017年二手车交易量增长率将超过新车的3倍。以安徽合肥农村购买二手车为例,2016年前三季度共成交4.6万辆,比上年度增加8000多辆。但是,农民在购买二手车过程中,经常会存在资金不足的现象。为了解决这一难题,不少农民选择求助商业银行进行购车贷款。而普惠金融正处于发展阶段,金融机构对于农村这些从事农、林、牧、副、渔的以自然物为对象的生产部门的贷款需求常常避之不及。二手车在国内发展的时期较发达国家晚,公民选择二手车一种是因为资金缺乏,但又急需车辆代步或商用;另一种是为了少花钱能够买到性价比较高的高档车,而这两部分客户恰恰是资金紧张或者从事行业风险较高的职业。这就造成了商业银行对二手车行业的风险把控较严,甚至其中一些银行认为二手车客户均属于高风险客户。这类银行对二手车市场贷款业务的不重视,加上苛刻的贷款条件等原因,造成很多农村居民在办理二手车贷款中经常出现授信难的现象,不少农村居民因为从银行得不到及时的贷款扶持,最终放弃了购买二手车,一定程度上也有碍二手车行业的健康发展。本文研究的内容主要有:首先对汽车消费贷款的相关理论进行了系统的阐述,为研究奠定了理论基础。一是就合肥市农村二手车市场发展和消费贷款的现状进行分析,本人认为,二手车行业发展潜力巨大,消费贷款作为新兴的零售业务,得到了金融行业的逐渐重视,而二手车消费贷款也成为了金融行业的一片“蓝海业务”。二是通过深入分析,研究目前合肥市农村二手车消费贷款业务开发中面临的困难问题,存在有行业发展初期的制度完善问题,也有“谈贷款色变”的农民意识不足的问题,日益增长的物质需求同落后的金融服务之间有一定的矛盾。三是结合上述困难问题,分析了目前在合肥农村地区开展二手车贷款业务的机遇和有利条件。最后,从宏观和微观两个层面,为合肥市农村二手车消费贷款业务的发展提出一些有建设性的意见。希望能够为合肥当地金融机构后续的二手车贷款市场的开发提供一些积极理论层面的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Through the second-hand car trading market, rural residents can also realize their car dream. According to the China Automobile Circulation Association, the volume of second-hand cars in China reached 9 million in 2014 and six million eight hundred and eighty-four thousand and four hundred in the first three quarters of 2016. Compared with the same period last year, it increased by 5.68 yuan, with a total transaction amount of 395.4 billion yuan. In 2017, the volume of second-hand cars will increase by more than three times that of new cars. Take the purchase of used cars in rural areas of Hefei in Anhui Province, for example, 46,000 vehicles sold in the first three quarters of 2016, an increase of more than 8,000 vehicles over the previous year. However, In order to solve the problem, many farmers choose to turn to commercial banks for car purchase loans. Financial institutions often shun the demand for loans from rural production sectors that are engaged in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, by-fishing and fishing. Second hand cars developed later in China than in developed countries. Citizens choose second-hand cars because they are short of money but are in urgent need of vehicles or for commercial use. The other is to buy high-grade cars that are more cost-effective with less money. And these two groups of clients are precisely those who are cash-strapped or engaged in professions with higher risks in the industry. This has resulted in commercial banks having stricter controls over the risks in the second-hand car industry. Even some of the banks consider second-hand car customers to be high-risk customers. Such banks do not attach importance to the loan business of the used car market, plus the harsh loan conditions and other reasons. As a result, many rural residents often find it difficult to grant credit in handling second-hand car loans. Many rural residents have given up buying second-hand cars because they do not have timely loan support from banks. To a certain extent, it also hinders the healthy development of the second-hand car industry. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the related theory of automobile consumption loan is systematically expounded. It lays a theoretical foundation for the study. First, it analyzes the current situation of second-hand car market development and consumer loans in Hefei. I think that there is great potential for the development of second-hand car industry, and consumer loans as a new retail business, Has been gradually attached importance to the financial industry, and second-hand car consumer loans have become a "blue sea business" in the financial industry. Second, through in-depth analysis, the difficulties faced in the development of second-hand car loans in Hefei rural areas are studied. There are problems of perfecting the system in the early stage of the development of the industry, but also the problem of insufficient awareness of the peasants who "talk about the changing nature of loans". There is a certain contradiction between the growing material demand and the backward financial services. Third, it is necessary to combine the above-mentioned difficult problems. This paper analyzes the opportunities and favorable conditions for carrying out second-hand car loan business in rural areas of Hefei. Finally, at the macro and micro levels, Some constructive suggestions are put forward for the development of second-hand car loan business in Hefei. It is hoped that this paper can provide some positive theoretical references for the development of second-hand car loan market in Hefei local financial institutions.
