虚假租赁逃废银行贷款情况及应对措施研究

【摘要】：当前,虚假租赁逃废银行债务的行为日益增多。本文调查了这一行为的现状,对原因进行了分析,并在此基础上,从立法、司法、和银行实务三个层面,提出了应对虚假租赁的方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the behavior of dodging bank debts by false lease is increasing day by day. This paper investigates the present situation of this behavior, analyzes the reasons, and on this basis, from the three aspects of legislation, judicature, and banking practice, The method to deal with false lease is put forward.
