【摘要】：正什么是"债券通""债券通"的概念最早在2016年1月港交所公布的《战略规划2016~2018》被首次提出,债券通被列入探索构建的工作规划。同年11月,香港金融发展局发布了一份《有关内地与香港债券市场交易互联互通机制"债券通"的建议》,从可行性、实施方案等方面全面阐述了债券通的理念和机制。2017年3月15日,李克强总理在人大会议闭幕后的答记者问上公开表示,准备2017年首次在香港和境内试行"债券通",允
