甘肃银行网络信贷业务发展问题研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,从互联网技术的大跃进到银行网络技术的拓展都极大地促进了银行信息技术的巨大变化,深刻地改变了银行的传统经营模式。为了拓展市场,一些大中型商业银行率先发展网络信贷业务,充分利用网络信贷快速便利的特性吸引客户、推广业务。网络信贷为商业银行占领市场、拓展市场提供了可能,并逐渐成为占领市场的利器。 甘肃银行作为城市商业银行,由于其成立较晚,目前尚未开展网络信贷业务,但为了突破传统业务发展瓶颈,抢占市场先机,提高竞争力,发展网络信贷业务乃是大势所趋。 本文以甘肃银行为研究对象,探讨其网络信贷业务发展问题。全文共分为六个部分。第一部分简要阐述了论文的研究背景与意义、研究思路以及国内外对于网络银行和网络信贷的相关研究综述;第二部分概述了竞争战略理论和市场细分理论,为后文的研究奠定理论基础;第三部分在概述甘肃银行信贷业务发展现状的基础上分析了其传统信贷业务存在的问题;第四部分从内部与外部两个视角分析了甘肃银行发展网络信贷业务的机遇与挑战,旨在为甘肃银行网络信贷业务发展策略选择提供依据;第五部分从产品策略、促销策略、风险防范策略等三个方面对甘肃银行发展网络信贷业务提出了具有可操作性的策略选择建议;第六部分从IT平台建设和人才培养两个方面探讨了甘肃银行网络信贷业务发展的基础保障。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the great leap forward of Internet technology and the expansion of bank network technology have greatly promoted the great changes of bank information technology and profoundly changed the traditional management mode of banks. In order to expand the market, some large and medium-sized commercial banks take the lead in developing network credit business, making full use of the rapid and convenient characteristics of network credit to attract customers and promote business. The network credit provides the possibility for the commercial banks to occupy the market and expand the market, and gradually becomes the sharp weapon to occupy the market. Gansu Bank, as a city commercial bank, has not carried out network credit business because of its late establishment. However, in order to break through the bottleneck of traditional business development, seize the market first, improve competitiveness and develop network credit business, it is the trend of the times. This article takes Gansu Bank as the research object, discusses its network credit business development question. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part briefly describes the research background and significance of the paper, research ideas and domestic and international network banking and network credit related research overview; the second part summarizes the competitive strategy theory and market segmentation theory. The third part analyzes the problems existing in the traditional credit business of Gansu Bank on the basis of summarizing the present situation of the development of bank credit business in Gansu Province. The fourth part analyzes the opportunities and challenges of Gansu Bank's development of network credit business from the internal and external perspectives, aiming at providing the basis for the selection of strategies for the development of Gansu bank's network credit business, the fifth part from the product strategy, promotion strategy, Three aspects of risk prevention strategy for Gansu Bank to develop network credit business put forward operable suggestions for the choice of strategies; The sixth part discusses the basic guarantee of the development of network credit business of Gansu Bank from two aspects of IT platform construction and talent training.
