北新集成房屋公司发展战略

【摘要】:随着中国经济的不断发展,新型城镇化的进一步深化,集成房屋行业发展迅速,市场需求成爆炸式增长。北新集成房屋(北京)有限公司正面临着市场的机会与挑战。面对日益激烈的市场竞争,如何抓住发展机遇,应对经营挑战,推动企业进一步发展,已经成为公司急需解决的重大问题。在这种情况下,企业管理层要科学的研究和制定公司发展战略,提高公司管理经营水平,完善公司治理结构,推进战略切实有效的实施,促进企业的可持续发展。 本文以北新集成房屋(北京)有限公司为研究对象,运用战略管理理论和战略模型,通过对企业所处的外部宏观环境、产业竞争态势的全面分析,以及对企业内部资源状况进行评估,运用PEST分析法、五力分析模型和SWOT分析法,综合分析北新集成房屋公司所面临的竞争威胁,对公司所面临的机会和威胁、优势和劣势进行匹配,确定公司可采取的战略方案。结合公司内部资源,依托自身的产品优势和品牌优势,确定公司的下一步发展战略,,并为确保战略目标的完成,从优化企业组织结构、完善人力资源管理、加强核心竞争力方面论述了战略实施措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy and the deepening of new urbanization, the integrated housing industry is developing rapidly and the market demand is increasing explosively. Beixin Integrated Housing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is facing market opportunities and challenges. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, how to seize the development opportunity, deal with the management challenge and promote the further development of the enterprise has become an important problem that the company urgently needs to solve. In this case, the enterprise management should scientifically study and formulate the company development strategy, improve the management level of the company, perfect the corporate governance structure, promote the effective implementation of the strategy, and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise. This paper takes Beixin Integrated Housing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. as the research object, applies the strategic management theory and the strategic model, through the overall analysis of the external macro environment and the industrial competition situation of the enterprise. As well as the evaluation of the internal resources of the enterprise, using the PEST analysis method, the five-force analysis model and the SWOT analysis method, the paper comprehensively analyzes the competitive threat faced by Beixin Integrated Housing Company, and the opportunities and threats to the company. Match strengths and weaknesses to determine strategic options that the company can adopt. Combined with the company's internal resources, relying on its own product advantages and brand advantages, to determine the company's next development strategy, and in order to ensure the completion of strategic objectives, from optimizing the organizational structure of the enterprise, improving human resources management, Strengthen the core competitiveness of the strategic implementation measures.
