区位优势跨度、企业—区位政治关联与中国上市公司总部迁移：目标区位选择及其绩效效应

【摘要】：2000年以来,内外部环境的持续变化,加剧了独立区位总部与所在区位的冲突,掀起了总部迁移浪潮。在总部迁移情境下,现有研究主要关注了区域层面的企业集聚优势及其可得性对企业总部迁移目标区位选择和迁移绩效的影响。这些研究解释了现实中企业总部迁往国内少数大中型城市的现象,但是对于总部迁移背后制度性因素的影响缺乏关注,特别是无法解释现实中存在的迁移多指向现象;此外,部分学者虽然已经开始研究迁移绩效,但对总部迁移绩效的影响因素及其作用机理的关注还相对较少,同时缺乏对迁移过程中各阶段之间关联性的关注。因此,本研究从经济和制度融合的视角,分析企业总部迁移目标区位选择的影响因素及区位选择模式对总部迁移绩效的影响,以期更加全面的解构中国企业总部迁移的整体图景。本文研究共分为两个阶段。一方面,本文借鉴制度学派有关政治能力的研究成果,提出了总部迁移区位选择的政治关联利用逻辑,认为企业依托其政治能力而形成的企业-区位政治关联影响了迁移区位选择,并在此基础上提出集聚优势获取逻辑与政治关联利用逻辑的替代效应。另一方面,通过梳理总部迁移研究相关文献,并结合上个阶段总部迁移区位选择研究得出的结论,构建了总部迁移绩效影响因素模型,并利用2001-2014年中国上市公司总部迁移样本进行了实证分析,主要得出如下结论:第一,总部迁移目标区位选择的集聚优势获取逻辑和政治能力利用逻辑均得到证实,即总部集聚优势是企业总部迁移目标区位选择的显著因素,现实中企业总部更倾向于迁往区位总部集聚优势更好的区位以实现总部运营效率的提高;基于政治能力的企业-区位政治关联是总部迁移目标区位选择的另一个显著因素,现实中企业总部更倾向于选择企业-区位政治关联强度更高的区位。第二,集聚优势获取逻辑与政治能力利用逻辑的替代效应得到证实,即总部集聚优势跨度与企业-区位政治关联对总部迁移目标区位选择存在显著负向交互效应。而正是这种替代效应使得总部迁移指向呈现出显著的多指向特征。第三,对于总部迁移绩效,迁入地区位优势获取逻辑得到证实,即迁入地区位优势跨度是影响企业总部迁移绩效的重要因素。同时,政治能力利用逻辑得到证实,即迁入地企业-政治关联是影响企业总部迁移绩效的重要因素。企业-区位政治关联作为一种非正式制度,不仅可以推动企业成功嵌入当地区域网络,获取区域核心资源优势,而且可以作为企业市场经营战略的替代者为企业发展战略的顺利实施保驾护航。第四,对于总部区位选择对企业绩效的影响,研究发现位于企业-区位匹配模式(A-P)区位的企业总部绩效更优,即企业总部迁移目标区位选择模式是影响企业总部迁移绩效的重要因素。本文在前人研究的基础上和相关理论的指导下,初步解释了现实中总部迁移多指向现象;并在此基础上,进一步分析了企业总部基于企业-区位匹配模式(A-P)的选择对迁移后企业绩效的影响。但是,由于研究条件和本人研究能力的不足,本文也存在不足之处,主要表现为样本类型和实证方法相对单一;实证结论的外部效度有待进一步验证;总部迁移绩效的度量指标可以更加丰富和精确化,以上不足也指出了未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, the continuous changes in the internal and external environment have intensified the conflict between the independent location headquarters and the location, and set off a wave of headquarters migration. In the context of the headquarters migration, the existing research mainly focuses on the influence of the regional level of enterprise agglomeration advantage and its availability on the location selection and transfer performance of the enterprise headquarters relocation target. It explains the phenomenon that the enterprise headquarters moved to a small number of large and medium-sized cities in China, but it does not pay attention to the influence of the institutional factors behind the headquarters migration, especially it can not explain the multi orientation phenomenon in the reality. In addition, some scholars have begun to study the performance of migration, but the influence factors on the performance of the headquarters migration There are relatively few concerns about its mechanism and lack of attention to the relevance between the various stages of the migration process. Therefore, from the perspective of economic and institutional integration, this study analyzes the influence factors of the location selection of the relocation target of the enterprise headquarters and the influence of the location selection model on the performance of the headquarters relocation, with a view to a more comprehensive deconstruction of China. The overall picture of the migration of the enterprise headquarters is divided into two stages. On the one hand, this paper draws on the research results of the political ability of the institutional school, and puts forward the political association logic of the location selection of the headquarters migration, and thinks that the enterprise location political connection, which is formed by the enterprise's political ability, affects the location selection of the migration. On the basis of this, we put forward the substitution effect of gathering advantage to obtain logic and political relevance using logic. On the other hand, by combing the relevant literature of the study of the headquarters migration and combining the conclusions of the location selection of the headquarters migration at the last stage, the influence factor model of the headquarters relocation performance is constructed, and the total number of Chinese Listed Companies in 2001-2014 years is used. The empirical analysis of the migration samples is carried out, and the main conclusions are as follows: firstly, the logical and political ability use logic of the location selection of the headquarters relocation target is confirmed. That is, the headquarters agglomeration advantage is the significant factor of the location selection of the relocation target of the enterprise headquarters. In reality, the enterprise headquarters is more inclined to move to the location headquarters. The advantages and better location to improve the efficiency of the headquarters operation; the political ability based enterprise location political association is another significant factor of the location selection of the headquarters relocation target. In reality, the enterprise headquarters is more inclined to choose the higher location of the enterprise location political correlation. Second, the agglomeration advantage obtains the logical and political ability. It is proved by the substitution effect of logic that there is a significant negative interaction effect between the headquarters agglomeration advantage span and the enterprise location political association on the location selection of the headquarters relocation target. And it is this substitution effect that makes the headquarters relocation point showing a significant number of directional characteristics. Third, to the headquarters migration performance and to the regional advantage. The acquisition logic has proved that the moving into the regional advantage span is an important factor affecting the performance of the enterprise headquarters migration. At the same time, the logic of the use of political ability confirms that the moving in enterprise political connection is an important factor affecting the performance of the enterprise headquarters. As an informal system, the enterprise location political association can not only be promoted. The enterprise successfully embedded the local regional network to obtain the regional core resources advantage, and can be used as the substitute for the enterprise market management strategy for the smooth implementation of the enterprise development strategy. Fourth, for the impact of the headquarters location selection on the enterprise performance, the study found the enterprise headquarters performance in the enterprise location matching model (A-P) location. The effect is better, that is, the location selection model of the enterprise headquarters relocation target is an important factor affecting the performance of the enterprise headquarters migration. On the basis of previous research and the guidance of relevant theories, this paper explains the multi direction phenomenon of the headquarters relocation in reality; and on this basis, it further analyzes the enterprise headquarters based on the enterprise location matching model (A The choice of -P) affects the performance of the enterprise after the migration. However, because of the lack of research conditions and the lack of my research ability, this paper also has some shortcomings, mainly showing that the sample type and the empirical method are relatively simple; the external validity of the empirical conclusions should be further verified; the measurement indexes of the headquarters relocation performance can be more abundant and precise, The above deficiencies also point out the future research direction.
