债转股对我国银行业发展的影响与对策研究

【摘要】：文章梳理了世界上主要国家与我国对银行参与股权投资的相关的法律法规限制,指明银行业可以通过企业破产重组和银行设立子公司两种方式参与企业股权投资,指明了银行业参与股权投资的积极作用与消极作用,并提出在债转股过程中银行业应当采取市场化原则,主动管理风险,提高投资的专业能力,有效化解债转股过程中产生的风险,提升综合经营的能力。
[Abstract]:The article combs the laws and regulations of the main countries in the world and our country to participate in equity investment, and points out that the banking industry can participate in the equity investment of enterprises through the bankruptcy reorganization of enterprises and the establishment of subsidiary companies by banks. This paper points out the positive and negative effects of the banks' participation in equity investment, and puts forward that the banking industry should adopt the marketization principle, actively manage the risks and improve the professional ability of investment in the process of debt-to-equity conversion. Effectively resolve the risk arising in the process of debt to equity conversion, and enhance the ability of comprehensive management.
