抑制房价“高烧”对策建议

【摘要】：正今年全国"两会","房价"问题毫无悬念地受到广泛关注。本轮房价上涨已经持续两年时间,仍未有"偃旗息鼓"的迹象,甚至以北京"学区房"为代表的交易市场在沉寂了一个冬天之后再现"量价齐升"的盛况。去年"十一"前后多地已经相继出台楼市调控政策以抑制房价过快上涨,但是今年春天房地产行情的"卷土重来",再次迫使北京等热点城市继续加码调控力度。
[Abstract]:This year, the National "two sessions", "house prices" issue without suspense to receive widespread attention. The current rise in house prices has been going on for two years, but there is no sign of "calming down", and even the trading market, represented by Beijing's "school district housing", has seen a "rise in volume and price" after a winter of silence. Last year, several places have introduced housing regulation policies to curb the rapid rise in property prices, but this spring, the real estate market "made a comeback", again forcing Beijing and other hot cities to continue to tighten control.
