成都YPD公司绩效管理体系优化
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the society has gradually changed from the capital competition in the past to a society dominated by talent competition, and human resources have become the core competitiveness of the competition among enterprises. The question of how to select, educate, use and retain talents has also become a problem for many enterprise managers to think about, among which, the most puzzling problem for enterprise managers is how to give full play to the role of performance management in the human resources management system. Performance management is an important link in human resource management system. The degree of performance management directly or indirectly affects the work enthusiasm and efficiency of employees, and plays a vital role in the promotion of enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, the establishment of a perfect and sound performance management system is an important task facing enterprises at present. The completion of this task determines whether the enterprise has a favorable advantage in this era of knowledge economy. Chengdu YPD Company is mainly engaged in the development and management of urban commercial complex commercial real estate development company. At present, there are many problems in the performance management system, which hinders the further development of the company. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the performance management system of Chengdu YPD Company by introducing BSC performance management tools to help Chengdu YPD Company solve the problem of attracting and encouraging talents, so as to effectively improve the operational efficiency of the company. Be able to maintain a leading edge in the fierce market competition. Based on BSC-smart principle and KPI-related performance management theory, this paper firstly reviews and introduces the current situation of Chengdu YPD Company and its performance management system. Finally, according to the problems revealed by the questionnaire interview and combined with the actual situation of YPD, the paper introduces the BSC performance management tools to optimize the existing performance management system. This paper puts forward a set of performance management system design which is more suitable to the actual situation of Chengdu YPD Company, which helps Chengdu YPD Company to further standardize performance management and further improve the performance management of Chengdu YPD Company. In general, this paper has a strong practicality and universality, in addition to help YPD company performance management to optimize, It can also provide some reference and suggestions for the construction and optimization of performance management system of other similar commercial real estate development companies.
