【摘要】：本文从法律法规、规划管理、税收手段等三个维度,对德国政府的房地产市场宏观调控政策的历史沿革和具体手段进行了系统梳理分析,并对德国政府将房地产业作为社会福利机制重要组成部分的理念进行了探析。
[Abstract]:From the three dimensions of laws and regulations, planning and management, and tax means, this paper systematically analyzes the historical evolution and specific means of the German government's macro-control policy of the real estate market. And the German government to the real estate as an important part of social welfare mechanism to explore the concept.
